An amazing place for training! I worked with both Julian and Justin and they are so friendly and supportive to me as a beginner who had no idea what I was doing! The whole atmosphere of Elite Strength Lab is very comfortable and supportive even if you are new, which is something I was worried about because I have felt intimidated by gyms before. They will help you come up with a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle and also help you understand the process. Highly recommend!

Just a mom of 3 trying to get back in shape. Been training with Julian twice a week for the past 3 weeks now and he's awesome! My goal is to be toned, flexible, build glutes and lose belly fat and Julian has been amazing in helping me reach my goal. He's very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling good (exhausted, but good lol). Julian as well as the other two trainers Jordan and Nathan are cool peeps. Always good vibes when I'm in there training. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to start working out more consistently but had no idea how or where to begin. I knew I needed someone to guide me and hold me accountable, and I didn’t want to be in a traditional gym space. My initial phone consultation with Julian was helpful and informative. The process to start was easy and straightforward without any contracts, hidden fees, etc.

Elite Strength Lab has been perfect for me because I work out 1: 1 with my trainer, Nathan where it’s usually just us in their private gym with the option to be indoor/outdoor - I love being outside under the sun!

“I just wanna be fit” was such a vague and somewhat aimless goal I came in with, but Nathan has helped me redefine my health and fitness goals to be more specific. He continues to research, study, and build on my customized exercise plan to support me in strength training for my pole dancing hobby. His passion truly shines through in his work and how he shows up. Nathan is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, intentional, and encouraging in his approach. He gives me comfortable challenges and most importantly, he remains present and engaged in our sessions. Never thought I’d say this, but I look forward to working out now and I’ve noticed positive shifts in my energy level, sleep quality, and overall mental/emotional/physical well-being.

Nathan's programs are thoughtfully designed to reach each client's goals with in-depth consulting and science-based training. I've been under his mentorship for the past few months with an emphasis on increasing my vertical jump and it's already paid its dividends. I'm the most agile I've ever been and my overall endurance has increased significantly. Above all, Nathan's training and expertise has helped me to stay engaged and invested in my overall physical health. Each session is equally challenging and thought-provoking; I always feel like I walk away a stronger and smarter person.

I cannot recommend him enough.

Julian is one of the best and most customer-oriented trainers out there and will get you results. Unlike other trainers who simply get their certification without a formal education, Julian actually has a degree in Kinesiology. I believe it is this fact as well as his dedication to his profession that makes him so incredibly knowledgeable and effective. All this translates into a trainer who is quick to understand the right workouts for your body, thereby helping his client's produce massive gains and reach their fitness goals. I've been training with Julian for two months now and have definitely seen an increase in muscle tone and fat loss. It also helps that he's genuinely a good guy - he'll spend the time to get to know you, explain why workouts or body movements are beneficial, and find unique ways to motivate you. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is willing to invest in their own health.

I've gotten to train with Julian on and off for a couple of years now. One thing that has always stood out to me about him is his constant hunger for knowledge and his desire to share and teach others what he learns. In addition to his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, he has always blown me away with how well rounded his overall understanding is of how the entire body works. I think this is one of the main reasons he is such an effective Personal Trainer!

I love the moments when he is teaching me a new workout (or correcting me on ones I thought I was doing correctly) while he is explaining the complex functions of why and how the workout is effective.

There are very few people who train others with the depth of knowledge and curiosity that Julian has. If you decide to come train with Julian, after the first session you will leave very confident that he knows what he is talking about and he knows how to apply his depth of knowledge to challenge you exactly how you need to be challenged! You will be pushed, but you will not regret choosing Julian to train with!

So far, I've been training with Jordan for a little over a year! I NEVER thought I would make it this far! For context, I'm a woman in my late 20s and was somewhat athletic in high school (over ten years ago) but never set foot in a "real gym". I wanted to learn more about weight lifting/strength training, but I was always so worried about not knowing what to do and had no idea where to start.

Jordan has been the BEST trainer! He met me exactly where I was, ground ZERO. (I didn't know how to do anything lol) He caters our sessions to how I'm feeling physically and emotionally but also knows when to push me. I never leave feeling defeated or unnecessarily overworked. As a woman, I always feel so comfortable, supported and safe when I'm at the gym. I've learned so much about strength training and Jordan's training style is full of knowledge. He's an awesome listener and always answers my questions and even my texts outside of sessions if my body is feeling off. I also have anxiety and he's patient and sensitive enough take my concerns/issues seriously.

I appreciate how Jordan has taken the time to understand my strengths and weaknesses. His workouts are tailormade for my body! Right now, as my goal is to just stay healthy, we work on long term goals (proper squat/pull ups) and I continually see progress without feeling like I'm gonna die lol. Also he let's me cuss at him when the workouts are hard (helps alot lol)

Jordan is an absolute GEM! I even recommended him to my best friend. I'm super lucky to train with him and I will be going to Elite Strength for a very long time!:)

I trained twice weekly with Julian for about two years, which was a critical turning point for my fitness coming out of the pandemic when I was in a low place both physically and mentally. I knew I needed accountability to get back on track, and he was able to provide that plus of course a ton of feedback and knowledge about everything from proper lifting form to designing workout sessions to diet and nutrition. I couldn't recommend Julian more for anyone who wants a personal accountability partner and expert on their team.

I had never worked out or been to the gym before but I decided it was time for me to finally start working out. I needed some guidance before I could start going to the gym by myself, so I trained with Nathan at Elite Strength. Nathan taught me all the fundamentals to working out and helped me with my form. My original intention was to go just a few sessions to learn the basics, but I found myself coming back week after week and it’s been a few months now. Nathan is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. He pushes me to believe in myself when I feel like I’m not strong enough to pick up the weight or do the exercise. Training at Elite Strength helped me build the confidence to go to the gym and start working out by myself. From someone who started off fearing the gym and dreading exercise, I now find myself enjoying it.

I’d recommend this place to anyone whether you are a beginner or experienced with working out. The trainers here are great and will help guide you towards your personal fitness goals.

I had a great experience at Elite Strength Lab and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for 1: 1 personal training! Working with Julian was such a pleasure as he thoroughly guided me through every motion and kept me on track with my goals. All the trainers are friendly and the facility is organized. I also saw they offer some classes like Jiu Jitsu which I thought was cool for anyone interested in different sports. I’d recommend this this gym for anyone since Julian will definitely make you feel safe no matter what level you come from and truly cares about your well being. I have already lost at least 7 pounds and feel mentally stronger with the lessons he’s taught me!

Julian's workouts are very challenging. He pushes me to my limit but never more than I can handle. The program is balanced with plyos, weight training, and mobility so that progress in a more well rounded way. I highly recommend Elite Strength Lab!

Working out with Julian always re-energizes me about fitness. I split my time between a commercial gym that is closer to me and Elite Strength Lab. I like that Julian will customize to your goals, look out for your body’s longevity, and push you to be better. He’s very knowledgeable. We mainly focus on mobility and athletic movements which can definitely get lost in the mix when you’re consistently at a commercial gym.

This is an amazing place. Julian is a very experienced, passionate and gentle trainer who is committed to see you succeed. I’ve worked with him and he’s helped me gain a more well rounded understanding of how to exercise effectively and make it fun. Id recommend anyone to come check it out and see for themselves. I’ve also been attending a brazilian jiu jitsu class here taught by Edwin which had been an amazing first time experience with BJJ. It’s a very beginner friendly and welcoming environment.

I am 60+ in years and started working out with Scott 8 weeks ago. I am stronger, more energetic, and have greater confidence in my abilities. I just signed up for additional training. You're never too old to start taking care of yourself.

I'm just an average girl who goes to the gym minimally and works an office job. I had one personal trainer before who tried to fit a general workout regimen for me, which I didn't enjoy.

Nathan actually caters to my individual needs and goals, while challenging me to do more than what I expected of my physical limitations. Originally I thought one month would be enough training before comfortably continuing on my own, until I learned how unique and valuable the sessions are. On top of correcting my form and providing pointers for the gym, Nathan incorporates calisthenics, balance, and other various types of exercises (activities I never did before) that make the experience holistic, worthwhile, and - well - fun.

He's been helping me check off fitness goals I procrastinated on for the longest time. I notice other aspects of my lifestyle improving whether through recreational hobbies or carrying luggages in an airport. He brings enthusiasm and motivation to every session even when my mental energy is low. At this point Nathan is not just a personal trainer to me: he's someone who has my best interest. I've been going for about 3 months and would recommend anyone to give this studio a shot.

Great training for both athletes and beginners! I'm a karate athlete who has been looking for a strength and conditioning coach for a while now and can't recommend Julian enough. He's a great trainer and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, are advanced but need help meeting your goals, or looking for sport specific training like me, Elite Strength Lab has got you covered!

I started training with Julian over a year now and he has really helped me improved my form and balance. I am stronger, fitter, have better balance & posture because of our training. What makes Julian a GREAT personal trainer is the fact that he truly cares about you as a friend. He holds you accountable, helps you reach your goals, and tailors his program to your needs so it’s not some cookie cutter approach. He is professional, friendly and extremely reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start training with a workout routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy training with Julian and would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled, personable, responsible trainer.

Working out and especially going to the gym after a long period of time off has always been something that use to intimidate me. However I know that when I schedule a workout with Julian he's going to do everything in his power to not only make it a productive experience but an enjoyable one as well. Julian is a great motivator and really knows how to find the right balance to push you to reach the goals.

You can tell he's super knowledgeable about the things he's trying to teach you and that he isn't simply saying things to try and sound smart. He figured out I had a significant injury to my right rotator cuff, something that I always wrote off as being just a weak part of my body. This was an injury that most likely occurred way back during high school sports. Not only was he able to help me understand my problem but he also showed me exercises to help strengthen the surrounding areas without putting too much strain on my shoulder itself.

Julian is a great trainer and an even better guy and that's what sets him apart from other people i've worked with. I'd definitely recommend Elite Strength Lab to anyone trying to get into shape and push themselves to that next level.

One-of-a-kind personal trainer.
Julian is a great, trustworthy coach. He treats you with the utmost level of respect, approaches working with you with so much creativity and truly goes above and beyond in his delivery. That's RARE to find in this industry. He meets you are your current training status and sees the potential in you. He treats you as a person and not just a number. He really keeps me accountable in my goals. Julian is very knowledgeable and has a strong science background to support it. I know he is constantly learning and staying up to date with current material, and puts it into practice! The best thing about him is that I can trust him, a vital characteristic to have in a trainer.
