Dr Bassi was very through in examining my injury, I have been there before because of the doctors you have on staff and of all the staff who assist the doctors. I highly recommend this facility when your primary doctor is not available to see you.

I was able to get a quick and last minute appt. I got seen right away. I saw the NP she was so nice and understanding to my needs the assistant was also very kind and compassionate to my concerns

The doctor Amrik was rude and disrespectful. One of the nurses gave me wrong information, and I’m out of my money and didn’t get my results! I’m extremely pissed from his lack of courtesy and care. Don’t go here!

They always provide great care and very willing to provide treatment. Even IV antibiotics to really jump start your recovery (if necessary). Dr. Basi is a good doctor and does his due diligence to find appropriate diagnosis and treatment. His nurse staff is kind and thorough.

I felt very comfortable going to this urgent care. First time going here and they were so nice the staff and the nurse practitioner. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Very accessible. Doctors explain their diagnosis and planned care better than any other doctor I've had. They take time with each patient and I never feel hurried. Common sense approach.

Over all the visit went well, the receptionist was somewhat flippant an after she put me in a room, yelped I should have told her what was wrong. My thought was you could have asked, I wrote it on the paper I filled out. I also explained I put that info.in when I booked the 9: 20 appt.online. She responded I don't have access to that information. My thought was, how am I supposed to know, that? ! The NP, was kind detailed and helpful. Thanks for making it easy to get in and be seen!

I’m so appreciative that they diagnosed and treated me all in the same visit. Very efficient and I was only there a little over an hour.

Even though I made an online appointment, there was a long wait. But it was Labor Day weekend and they were short staffed. Dr. Basi was thouroh. He spoke to me after my IV to explain my treatment. Thanks!

We've had our young son in 3 times, each time Dr. Basi spoke with him directly and treated us both with respect. I've been seen here twice and have been pleased with Dr. Basi's thoroughness and willingness to listen. The staff is pleasant and the office is clean and well cared for. Dr. Basi is our go-to urgent care doc!

I just wanted to share with the public that this doctor mistreated my mom today. He said some very rude comments and I quote, “why is your mom here, she has so many health conditions. ” If I could I would put no stars. Please take your loved ones to an urgent care where the doctor is empathetic. I walked out with my mom right away. My feedback is for this doctor to be kind and understanding. If frustration is getting to him then leave this environment.

Dr. Basi is very rude, refused to listen to my concerns. He did not gave me a chance to explain what I needed during this visit and my situation. He is mainly focused on the money/payment. He is a horrible doctor.

Even with an appointment there was a wait, but everyone was really great and took good care of me.

It can be a wait sometimes even for simple things because the doctors taking care of many patients but all of the staff were very inviting and helped answer all of my questions and had such great personalities and really made the whole experience positive, calm, fun, and safe. I definitely love all of the team members here who work hard and have such great attitudes and care towards their patients. I have only gone here about two times of all times I definitely felt very happy with.

Quick service, but the male doctor I saw today, Dr Basi is cold and rude. I saw a lady there back in February, she was so nice and took time with me. This guy acted as though I was intruding in his day. He didn't even address one of the main issues I went in for, didn't do any of the usual checking of stuff that a doctor would do, breaths, ears etc. Nothing. Stood at the door with a clipboard and asked 'what do you want, why are you here. ' I spent maybe 90 seconds with him, he then walked out and I never saw him again. The nursing staff came back in about 4 different times fire labs and an IV, then sent me home. Not addressing a huge problem and completely ignored another. This was a horrible experience. And it's been 9 days and I feel the same.
