We had our shutters installed today and we could not be happier. Elizabeth Shutters is a great company. Right from the beginning they met every expectation we had. When I called to schedule an appointment for someone to come to our home to measure, they answered the phone. This may seem like a small thing, but most companies now don't answer their phone or return phone messages. Our appointment was scheduled and their representative arrived exactly on time. Our shutters were ready earlier than we had been quoted, another surprising shock. Today, our installation day, the installer arrived early, installed our shutters, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up after himself. It is such a pleasure to do business with a company that not only does beautiful work, but also provides outstanding customer service! We would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Elizabeth Shutters for being an outstanding business! We love the new shutters!

We had Elizabeth Shutters come out and do custom closet doors for our home, to get away from the terrible sliding mirrored home depot special! The experience of working with Elizabeth Shutters was positive: Our sales person and the person who installed our closet doors were both personable and professional. The sales person, Philip, also went above and beyond to confirm details when a slight change had to be made to our plans. However, I would say the quality of the closet doors is slightly below what we paid - by like 20%. There are some inconsistencies in the paint job and the framing of the doors was unexpected - I wish they would have consulted with us in more detail on this element as we already had molding around the openings to the closets. That said, in terms of convenience and getting the type of doors we wanted, this was a good experience and I would recommend Elizabeth Shutters, especially as the product is made here in California and I think they look pretty great - especially compared to what we had before.
