6Nice place to shop with many good stores such as Trader Joe's, Tilly's, GNC, Kohl's, Golden 1, Sally's, UPS, Rubio's.
I go to three places at this location. Grocery Outlet, Pet Club and Joanne's. I especially like Grocery Outlet. They have the products and prices that I like.
I mostly go here for Panera as I have a coffee subscription (great deal, $12/month, you can get a large coffee or tea, hot or cold, or cold drinks, every 2 hours). Occasionally, I go to Grocery Outlet. There are a couple of decent restaurants here-Dos Coyotes and Paesano's-as well.
I can understand why you can't take the cart from the store but it's inconvenient to carry out a large purchase. I had to leave my purchase in the store and ask security to watch it while I go and get my car. I pull up to the store get out of my car and go to the store and get my purchase. Security can't put my purchase in my car. They aren't allowed to leave the store. Sorry this happened at Ross store on FLORIN Road awhile back. Elk Grove store I didn't need help. Didn't buy much and I was luck to park in the handicap right in front of the store. Luck ME

Great place to visit. It's a great place for lunch. And do some grocery shopping
