The staff is very polite and understanding. I asked if I could have a few minutes to feed the baby before proceeding with the appointment and that was not an issue for them. The physician always welcomes any questions I have and provides clear answers.

The office was clean, staff and the Dr.we’re great. I even transferred my other daughter to this office.

The doctor is always so nice and her concern for my baby’s health is so genuine, I love it here and would recommend to family/friends.

Every appointment that we come here for my son is almost 3 hours long. If appointment time is 10am then they another 45 minutes to call you in even though you come in 30 minutes before your appointment time. Parents take time off from work and there is no consideration given to time at this office. If you question why there is a delay in the appointment, staff rudely tell you that you can reschedule if you don't want to wait not understanding the point that if we arrived 30 minutes before the appointment then why is there a 45 minutes awaite past the appointment.

Amazing friendly staff that really goes out of their way to help. Dr. Torgerson is amazing. Takes her time and listens to you as a parent and helps make the best medical plan going forward. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is I will they had an online portal to be able to make apps, send emails, and see test results.

All 4 of my kids have been coming here for many years and we love it but the problem that we have been experiencing is this past year is getting an appointment if you're child is sick over night and getting a same day appointment will be impossible with them I have had to take my kids to the ER having to pay $50 dollar copays which is unnecessary can't even get a next day appointment will have to look for a better place at this point.

All staff members are very friendly, and considerate, when you have a sick child they do their best to get them in quickly.

I am so glad I found this pediatric center. They are very professional and really take the time to build a relationship with their patients. I love how they are detailed and really care for my children's health. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Wonderful staff! Always answer all of our questions and anytime our little ones are under the weather they always are able to make a same day appointment!

Dr. Saied and his staff are great. Wonderful service and Dr. Saied always explains everything during visit. My kids are in good hands at Elk Grove Pediatrics.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They check your info days before you come so you don’t waste your gas. My son has gone to this office since he was born even after his doctor moved that’s how much we like this office and the staff. My son loves looking at the fish tank, watching the movies and getting a token to get a special treat after his visit.

Love the whole staff, they are amazing, gently, caring and really look out for the patients. Ive had absolutely no problems with this Drs office. All of my children will be seen at Elk grove Pediatrics

The staff there are super friendly. My husband and I felt at peace being in the office with our daughter. We honestly hope not to change doctors for our daughter for a very long time.

I absolutely highly recommend this place! Everyone is so nice from the front to the back! I love all the doctors here! I live in Elk Grove before and had to move to Natomas. I switched doctors just because it was closer to home but I absolutely hated it! I switched back here to Elk Grove Pediatrics and now drive all the way here! Love love love this place!
