Elk Grove Strength and Conditioning

This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in years. The instructed classes push me out of my comfort zone and beyond my past routine workouts. I love that the focus is on overall fitness and health, not just getting “bigger”. I look forward more than ever to getting to the gym daily and working out with a great group of people.

Quality coaching. Extremely helpful. They don't sit around on their phones. If you want to be "coached up ", that is the place to train.

These people and gym is a joke I left numerous of calls and I decided to check the gym on a Sunday to see whats its all about. They don't care about people and their best interest thats all they care about is money and more of it. They even charge for a jump rope and small amenities. I left email and calls with no return of none of them. Plus, they 2nd wave of pandemics if coming in the winters and this will even get more worse.be prepare. They are already spikes in California everywhere and there is no more hospital beds are full. I get it people need to put food on the table, but that is no reason to keep people away from each other and needs to be. You have to protect people and distance because this virus is airborne like an aerosol. So, if you want to call me or don't then keep this in mind.try to respond to people email or phone calls.thanks

Great place to invest in yourself and everyone treats you like family. Everyone is encouraging and supportive in your health goals.

I have been going here for a good amount of time now and I love the classes, the people, and the trainers

This is hands down the best gym in Elk Grove! The workouts are the best. The coaches are so knowledgeable and are always looking out for everyone in the gym knowing what’s best for each person. I dealt with an injury for a year, had surgery and went through a rehab with kaiser. It didn’t compare to the workouts that the gym gave me in helping me strengthen my ankle. They truly care about their members and helping you reach your goals.
They also have a kids area which is awesome for those that have to bring their kids with them! Highly recommend this place!

I don't live in Elk Grove, But do work in EG & have occasionally popped into this gym when I can. This is such a great gym. It's HUGE! The owner does a great job of making you feel welcome! He has great trainers who are knowledgeable in correcting your form, and perfecting movements. I have had great experiences and If I lived in Elk Grove this would for sure be my GYM HOME!

I've never been one that enjoys working out or have ever considered myself "athletic" but this gym has completely changed that mentality! Everyone is super encouraging and cheers each other on. Doesn't feel like a gym where people are there to show off or compete with each other - just themselves. I like that the coaches will push you just enough to challenge yourself but not too much to hurt yourself, they are very diligent about keeping proper form. I've seen amazing transformation in my body and what it could do! Highly recommend

Love this place! My daughter has a blast in the kids area which gives me an hour break to get a great workout in. Highly recommend this gym over others in the area. I have checked out other gyms in Elk Grove and this is the best crossfit gym in town.
