Elk Grove Subaru has been a good dealership for the past three years we’ve had our Forrester. I am very disappointed that they are not taking COVID 19 health precautions seriously in their facility. I dropped my car off today for service. While waiting in the showroom I saw several employees walking around without masks. I saw a customer service rep talking in close proximity with a customer with his mask half off his face-nose not covered. I also saw customers enter the service area without a mask - no employee said anything. This makes me feel that Lasher Subaru does not take the safety and health of its customers seriously. In my opinion, this lax attitude towards the state law requiring masks in most public settings is the reason the pandemic continues to be out of control in this country.

Tyreece approached us if we needed any help. He was very helpful, not pushy like other salesmen who I have met at other dealership. He searched for the car that I was looking for and offered other options. He was polite and very patient. We will highly recommend Tyreece to our friends who are looking to buy a new car.

We purchased a new Subaru Legacy and could not have been happier with our overall experience. Our sales experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. Art Tatar was our sales person and was extremely patient, knowledgable, and overall a pleasure to work with. This experience really moves the needle on our opinion of Subaru and would definitely consider buying another Subaru in the future just to know we will be taken care of.

The Subaru Brand cars are not advanced enough to meet today's new car competition, especially for a much higher than average price tag. Lower end car brands are much further advanced for far less $ and still very safe. For the price, I would purchase a luxury vehicle.
