Elle Marie went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. My gift card number was unreadable, but instead of dismissing me, she searched her records to find the original transaction. I appreciated her time and extra effort.

This was my first time getting a facial and I was a little nervous because I had no idea what to expect. I called and they set me up with the perfect facial treatment and answered all my questions.

When I came in for my appointment they were so kind and warm the minute I walked through the door. I now have extremely high standards for facials! Jenique took such great care of me and talked me through what to expect. I felt so cared for and the treatment was extremely luxurious! When I walked out of there my skin felt absolutely gorgeous. Jenique evaluated my skin during the facial, so she was able to give me pointers on how to elevate my skincare.

I will definitely be going back, this place made me feel so comfortable and so refreshed! 5 stars!
