Would not recommend visiting this place if you are on the fairer side and would like to see results in laser hair removal treatments. There should be some level of mild pain if the treatment is effective, if there is no pain whatsoever it is clear that the settings on the laser are not optimal. I expressed that I had no pain sensation at all during my session and the person administering the laser did not try readjusting the settings. Definitely feel like I wasted time and money coming to the appointment and will not come again. Also- the laser machine is not latest technology (way worse than the Epicare/Zenith system I’ve had in other clinics). I asked before scheduling the appointment if gel is used and was told that they don’t use a gel and it has a built in technology, but when I got there the laser administrator had to slather gel everywhere for the laser to work. Disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned on the phone as I would not have scheduled an appointment had I known this.

I love and highly recommend EllEve for facials! The entire team is highly professional, helpful, accommodating and warm. The spa itself is beautiful and located next to coffee and food for a treat post-appointment.

I see Hayat for facials and it's impossible to describe how AMAZING her work is. When I first started seeing her I knew nothing about proper skincare and had no idea what serums were and how to use them lol. She is legendary in her knowledge of her field and profession, she comes up with effective treatment plans on the spot, and she provides the warmest experience.

I got a hydro facial with Hayat, she was so sweet and knowledgeable of everything she was doing. After my skin was so smooth clean and hydrated! Definitely will be coming back for more facials and to try other procedures!
