Amanda Ly is the best. She is gentle, kind and thorough, answered all of our questions and took her time to make sure we understood what was being said. This is by far the Best Eye Clinic. So many options out here in the AV, but none of them compare to the Excellent service that Ellis Eye Optometry offers.

Dr. Amanda is the most amazing Doctor. I get extremely nervous when being examined by health professionals and really dislike the whole process. Dr. Amanda makes everything painless. She makes me feel like every annual checkup is nothing more than catching up with my good friend. My whole family now goes to Ellis Eye each year and we couldn’t be happier.

Amazing! First time here under new insurance. Dr. Ly was awesome! The whole staff to time with me, made sure I understood the information provided, and just made the whole experience great! Great visit. Dr Ellis is great. Understands and even answers my stupid remarks. Girls in the office are delightful and very informative. Overall this visit was a great one especially as there is not too many congenial and informative people around. Thanks Dr Ellis and staff.

Dr. Ellis is pleasure he gives a very thorough exam. The eye glass selection is large and lots of styles for all face shapes. His staff is very knowledgeable and just as friendly as the doctor.

Dr. Ellis is outstanding! Very personable and very knowledgeable in his field. He even took the time to answer my questions about my mother’s eye problem and reached out to a retina specialist to answer the questions and had his staff call me back the same day! That is Outstanding client service! I would recommend him and his office 100%!

I have been a patient of Dr Ellis for years. He has always had incredible bed side manner, no pressure service and always with a huge smile on his face. The staff are always polite and extremely patient with making sure that you get the pair of glasses you want and the eye care you need.

First time seeing Dr. Ellis today. Great experience! The office staff are friendly and efficient. Their equipment seems like it’s new and state-of-the-art. And the doctor himself was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things well. I was in and out inside of an hour and seen right at my appointment time. But I didn’t feel rushed at all as far as the doctor trying to rush me out of his exam room. They also called after I returned home to follow up on a product the doctor was going to tell me about but had forgotten. So glad I found this place!

Very thorough exam. Very professional staff. Very good selection of glasses. Great at working with you and finding you the best contact lenses for your eyes.
Prices have doubled in two years? Why? Guess I’ll wait many years before I get another pair of glasses.
Did NOT Like that they asked me to put on a mask. You would think people know by now that masks do nothing except reduce your oxygen & increase carbon dioxide to cause brain damage.
BTW I refused, so I think that’s why I got in to see the doctor faster!

I saw Dr. Ly today. She is really fantastic. She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and a great doctor. This is my favorite office. The appointment staff is very nice too. Especially the ones lady who sits on the left side who has been there a while. Oh and Chuck! He’s a gem too.

Both doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle. Everything is explained so that you are aware of your eye health. The ladies who run the office are efficient and have excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable and they have a wide range of frames/contacts for every style and budget. My whole family has been going here for years.

We've been coming here for years, and we don't intend on stopping anytime soon. Dr. Ellis is awesome, and the rest of the staff is great. Highly recommend to anyone that's needs an optometrist in the AV.

First time going was seen by a Female Dr I believe her name is Amanda very good experience, explained in detail how my eye health was, even showed me how to remove contacts with acrylics will recomend to family and friends

I really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Ellis office. All the persons who work there were very kind and professional. Dr. Ellis himself was so kind and explained everything he was testing me on. He was professional and also had a sence of humor. I have other issues going on besides glasses and I feel so comfortable with his suggestions and treatment plans.

Everyone is extremely professional, kind, and friendly. I personally experienced a very rude woman who came in. There was just no pleasing her, no matter what the staff did. The whole staff handled her with complete class. Even after the lady left, the staff didn’t talk about her or make fun of her. They continued to be professional. I will go to Dr. Ellis for all my eye and glasses needs forever!

The office is always friendly and helpful. They explain charges and make sure your insurance is being charged. The doctors take their time and ensure you have the correct prescription. It is a great place for the whole family to go.

As usual, the visit was quick, complete and actually enjoyable. The office is well run with clerks competent and efficient. I have been a patient with this location for many years and plan on continuing with them as long as they and I exist. GREAT JOB you guys.
