Elm Dry Cleaners, Lincoln CA

I brought my 2 weighted blanket here to be cleaned. I called first to find out the price and was quote approximately $50. I brought them in on January 11th and was told they would be ready for pick up on Wednesday the 18th. The blankets are 15 and 25 pounds so there is considerable weight. I clame in on the 19th to pick up my blankets and was told they weren't ready yet and they would call me. I had to go in and ask a few times when my blankets would be done. Finally on the 28th they are ready for pick up. But they miscarried me and it would be an additional $30 for the service they had provided. I wouldn't have brought my blankets in had I been informed immediately that it would cost me $80 and that it would take nearly 3 weeks. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

I do not recommend I took 4 shirts and a pair of pants to get some buttons sewed on for suspenders. I needed them for a wedding on a Saturday. They said I could pick up sat morning, I stressed I needed them Saturday afternoon. I tried picking them up Saturday morning and was told that one of the shirts was at a different store because that's where they cleaned them at. So I had to come back at 11. Then when I started getting ready one if the buttons feel off. They can neither see on buttons or meet a deadline.

My experience with elm cleaners has been wonderful as they are very organized and reliable with getting the job done as well as doing it an affordable price. I appreciate their professionalism to the work as I have had many alterations and I always receive perfect results!

Took 4 curtain panels in to be hemmed. All were different sizes Took them back they got one panel right. I will never go there for anything.

Theeeeee absolute worst and over priced cleaners for alterations ever I took my dress to be hemmed for a wedding and it wasn't ready on time they tried to charge and excruciating amount to have my son fix a button on his pants my husband's clothes were laundered and still have stains and we're not ironed appropriately still with wrinkles and half creases I would never go to this place again ever as long as I live

I really didnt want to write this review, because the staff was very nice and friendly, but this is unacceptable. I dropped off 2 comforters at the same time, and was told to return on 9/17 at 5pm. When I returned, neither were ready and I was told to return tomorrow, that they would both be in late that evening. When I returned this morning only 1 of the 2 was ready for pickup even though I dropped them off at the same time. I also had to wait for over 5 minutes for the girl in the shop to attend to me, she was outside in the parking lot when I arrived, not with another customer. I live 20 minutes outside of town, so this has now wasted over 2 hours of my time between the two trips. Not to mention I'm getting married in 7 days, which I had expressed, so these were 2 hours I did NOT have to spare. I'm so disappointed.

Got a pair of pants hemmed. Good job at a good price. The lady at the counter was really helpful.
