The person reading my CT scan has little knowledge of my problem and recorded it as "mild" even tho my sinuses were completely closed. They need to understand that their "opinion" effects insurance coverage.

Receptionist seems inept and lazy. Very unhelpful. Transferring my referral elsewhere.
Will avoid this branch in the future.

They should post the hours they close for lunch. Not all patients live around the corner. Upon my return staff was super friendly and I was in and out in a jiffy.

Worst service ever.my father in law had an ultra sound appointment here. We were never given instructions on what to do prior to the appointment so when we got there we were told he had to drink his water an hour before appointment. I told her we didn’t get that information and she rolled her eyes. Than the ultrasound technician called my father in law and she’s in a hall way out of his sight and he can not see her, I said I’m sorry he hears you but can’t see you and she said absolutely nothing. He than went for his ultrasound and he said she was so mean to him. That she yelled at him and demanded him to do things instead did being polite. I do not recommend this place, my father in law is a very nice and quite person and he should not of been treated like this.

Went for a ct of my chest was very very nervous but had the best customer service from the front desk to the technicians Annette and Daniel.they were very nice and calm which kept me calm even if you couldn't tell.
