Park Embarcadero Plaza reviews
16 All the Embarcadero buildings are a rich part of San Francisco's history. Housing hundreds of corporate headquarters and dozens of retail shops intertwined with the grand Hyatt Regency hotel.
Justin Herman Plaza and the Ferry Building at your doorstep make this a definite stop on your travels.
Cute little square with lots of space and an art deco fountain with dyed water! One star off because there is dried bird poop on the ground EVERYWHERE and it’s a bit gross, you can’t avoid it.
Pretty place but similar to all other sf scenes, has a bunch of homeless sitting around and not making the area feel very safe
That fountain used to be beautiful. Now they have added some sort of noxious looking chemical to it which makes the water look orange-green. Someone told me it's being done to keep homeless people from bathing themselves in it.but that may not be true. Also: the area has too many steps and not enough ramped areas for disabled access.
Great place to sit on the Dock on the Bay, watching the ships roll in. Then watch them tool away again.
Awesome handmade leather belts 'by Williams', custom fit on the spot. What a great find!
I often come here to relax by the fountain. It is a very peaceful place, many skateboarders and bicyclists congregate in this general area, sometimes recording footage of there tricks and riding activities.
A cool place to hang out or just be a lone. The water art structure is so cool and relaxing to stare at. The Ferry building and the Embarcadero shopping Center it's all within walking distance.
I like the playful vibe that's there, you see all kinds of people and interesting people as well! That I like.
Nice open plaza where you can see a bigger sky in the middle of the financial districts of SF.
Love this area. If youre homeless there's s few bathrooms to use in the area. The park is a safe place to stay over night and there are a few places to charge your phone in the embarcadero shopping plaza
Very nice lots to see safe for your kids nice to take family to or just strole with girl friend spend time with go there's something for every one
One of San Francisco's infamous spots. I have been here since 2011 and have seen this building go through many transformations. Always a must see when visiting SF this is where one catches the ferries as well. Excellent assortment of restaurants and shops. Don't expect anything to be cheap here! Recommend buying your food and drinks at 7/11 on Drumm Street only a Block away directly across from the Hyatt!
On a sunny day this is a great place to take a break and do some people watching or have a snack. Also there is a public restroom staffed to keep it clean and working.
There's enough happening to keep kids entertained for some time: there are skaters doing tricks, there is an interesting fountain and a playground nearby. But there's always some strange people too.
Wow and super celestially amazing like diving with a new face with angelic seraphinms and host of sea nymphs. New star glow! I am sold to BlueMercury***** it just gets better than big! Great*! Thanks to my friend Gabriela and Joanna, krishnashierrera and boyfriend Gjiante, Shyuen ja G, and her dog named effrein.
