Embassy Suites by Hilton La Quinta Hotel & Spa

We spent 20 wonderful nights at Embassy Suites La Quinta. The staff were ALL very friendly and willing to help. Gina, Olga and Tyler at front desk answered all our questions and gave recommendations for activities in area. Breakfast was delicious. Made to order omelets or easy over eggs, pancakes, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit. And much more! Henri, Jazmin and the other morning staff always greeted us with a smile. Snacks in the evening were varied but fresh raw veggies were my favorite. All the staff from cleaning, maintenance, kitchen, bar, front desk, dining room treated us very well. The pool and hot tub were just the right temperatures and clean. The exercise room had Peleton on their equipment. We never used it but it looked new. Location can't be beat. Walk out front entrance cross street to Old Town. We will definitely stay here again!

Why the new charge of $75 per night security in addition to the room fee. Not disclose when making reservations, and in five years of staying here never had to do this before. Also, unaware that the hotel is now animal friendly, and I had children and dogs running around the corner is barking and shouting.
I thought the managers were heartless and unable to make decisions affecting the well-being of the visitor. When attempting to zoom with my son, who is undergoing open heart surgery. Wi-Fi in my room was not strong enough to operate zoom. Goodbye, Christmas reservations.

Though a bit far from the highway, perhaps that is why it's an amazing hotel. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is wonderful. Warm pool and jacuzzi help to relax the muscles.

I have stayed at a number of Embassy Suites across the country - this is by far the nicest and cleanest Embassy Suites I have stayed at. The service was great, the room was super clean, the pool was wonderful. We plan on staying here again!

I took my pet with me here. It was his first hotel stay and he behaved very good! The staff were kind too. Only thing I didn’t know is you have to tell the front desk you want your room cleaned. It’s not automatic like most other hotels. I would definitely come back if I’m the area. I forgot to take pics because we were pretty busy the 3 days we were in La Quinta.

This was a wonderful hotel conveniently located across the street from old town La Quinta. My room was overlooking the swimming pool which was great! Food was delicious and staff were very accommodating.

Nice and clean, room service was very good and the breakfast they serve complimentary is banging!

The service, rooms, location and evening reception were ideal. The breakfast was great especially cooked to order omelets. I don't rate the stay higher because of the pool. A liesure swim was quickly overrun by kids. There was a large number of them, they were loud and were tossing a football. A few times football came very close to hitting us. I now regret not paying closer attention to a previous review that mentioned the same type of activity at the pool. After all the pool is a highlight of staying in a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Embassy Suites. I have to admit, it was certainly because the staff and the quality of service received from everyone who worked here. This makes the stay so much smoother and so much more enjoyable.
Something about staff who seem to love what they do and do what they love in their employment.

The only thing bad about the hotel, (out of the hands of the staff here and more inline with the hotel) is their beds and their AC. They really have a LOUD AC in each unit - cycles on and off in the night with a loud thump. In addition, their beds are horribly old - in that, I feel as though I am laying in someone else's body indentation.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels - some hotels brag so much about the comfort of their beds, that you can buy their beds and bedding. Perhaps, all Hiltons should adopt this idea. In the day and age where people finally realize how important a good nights sleep is.

Other than that, the location is walking distance to many great restaurants, and while the on-site restaurant is great - there is much to see and do just in walking distance.

Absolute blast! Great instructors that teach and encourage the fun of driving some awesome cars!

I would have given them five stars, but the utter chaos at the pool between 8: 30pm-11: 00pm was irritating in the very least. While I don't ever mind children in the pool - everyone should be welcome and having fun in the hotel pool, this occasion, was absolutely out of control. There had to have been upwards of fifty children ages 3 - 17 in the pool with another 25-30 on the pool deck. There were teens cannonballing into the pool and each time they did, a wave of water came splashing directly in my face some ten to fifteen feet away. No hotel security supervising, the parents were not paying attention, nor did they particularly care. The rude children continued this ridiculous ritual for upwards of an hour with no intervention whatsoever. This was definitely the worst part of this stay. The rest was AMAZING! The room was well appointed and fresh, the hot complimentary breakfast was just what you'd expect from Embassy Suites, the complimentary cocktail hour was a bonus. All of the staff were extremely helpful and went that extra mile to make sure that any inquiry was handled for you and quickly. I would definitely stay here again (but maybe adjust my pool schedule time).

From the moment we arrived, we were able to check in early without any issues, the room was big and very clean. The furniture is updated and the room smelled good. The room and lobby are OK also. The stuff very cordial and make sure you are having a good time. Will definitely come back soon.

First time staying at an Embassy Suites but my friend & I would certainly be happy to come back for another girls' getaway weekend to unwind and relax. The rooms were surprisingly noise proof, beds are comfortable; bathrooms & everything was clean; food & drinks were great at the restaurant downstairs, the complementary bfast had such a great variety; parking was easy; we didn't get to enjoy the pool but certainly saw plenty of others who did.

Superb in every way.hotel and rooms were exceptionally well designed and spotless. All the staff were brilliant and a bonus was the complimentary bits. Not sure we'll ever be in Palm Springs again, though if we were for sure we'd be back!

Check in was available with the App which was great, the digital key was very useful. Free complimentary breakfast was good and the free drinks from 5: 30-7pm was great! We had a great bartender named Scott who was friendly and advised us of things to do near by! I had an amazing experience. Will definitely come back.

Rooms are clean, good service, good facilities. Only concern is the super noisy AC in our room on the 4th floor, making it difficult to sleep.

Awesome stay! Gina provided excellent customer service at check in and throughout my visit. Yummy breakfast (the fruit was always fresh) and refreshing evening drinks appreciated after a hot day. The hotel has been renovated so my room was actually better than the current pictures. Overall, very nice staff, clean hotel, and convenient location!

It's a bit of a distance away.

With the exception of 1 rude female staff member who butted-into a conversation I was having with another staff member the staff was great. Truly a case where one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.

The food and service regarding food was great. Additionally, dine-in food prices were very economical compared to many places, and the food was tastety/good.

This establishment has a welcoming atmosphere and was very clean. I didn't witness any lingering trash anywhere. Rooms were also clean, and our group only had good compliments, as it relates to this establishment.

Fantastic stay and great value for money. Room was excellent, beds comfortable, bathroom spot on…. On top of that there was a great bar with happy hour and a cooked to order buffet breakfast. Unreal.

It was absolutely amazing! I'm over the moon when I go somewhere and don't have to ask for this or that, everything is just already where it should be. Well kept property! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable, totally welcoming! Special thanks to Anthony and Scott for you service! Even though I enjoyed each day, the 2nd day reception was the best!
