Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Glendale reviews
20Wasn't up too Hiton hotel quality! Dirty, sinks faucet leaked in both rooms Had 2 rooms for the weekend both where a disappointment. Elevators didn't work part of the time. 550.00 per room for two nights to much for quality of this location.
The staff at the front check in were wonderful! From the phone call to the face to face. (I apologize for not remembering their first names) The only note: The breakfast had some issues keeping up with the amount of people eating. I assumed it was staffing issues which is a nationwide problem. All in all we usually stay at ES's whenever available! Thank you!
Nice place. We stay when we’re in town for a Dodger game. Great breakfast in the morning. Comfortable beds and a great staff.
Great place to stay and location. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast!
I only went for my notary exam, but the few people who I asked for directions or assistance were very friendly.
Super friendly staff, but lazy housekeeping results... Bed super comfortable but we were disappointed that sweeping, vacuuming, and getting rooms ready for the next people wasn't done better.
I enjoyed being at the Embassy Suites over the Holiday weekend it was Nice and clean and Breakfast was great.
No snacks during cocktail hours. Hotel needs renovated but it was clean. Breakfast was pretty good.
We booked this stay for our friend's wedding through a block several months ago. When we arrived to check in very late at night, we were told that our room was not available. They said they overbooked the hotel and told us we would have to wait for them to find a room and have it cleaned. This was around 12: 30 am. We were exhausted. They offered snacks (mini bag of pretzels and Reeses peanut butter cups) and free parking, which the parking was already supposed to be free under the group block for the wedding. The room we finally checked into, was not clean. There was very little toilet paper and tissues. We tried calling several times for more toilet paper both days, and no one ever answered at the front desk. The day of check out, housekeeping knocked on our door before 8 am, waking us up. Check out is not until 12 PM. They also came back and knocked again around 11 AM. They made us feel like we were unwelcome and needed to leave as soon as possible. We paid over $400 for this stay and we arrived so late the first day. This was a truly terrible experience.
On two separate occasions this hotel staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Our daughter was in the hospital in Hollywood and we stayed here. The staff seriously went out of their way to assist us. Not once but twice. Today it was Deborah. Thank you!
If asked, I would like to stay at Embassy Suites again and again. Please keep my information for future discounts.
I used to work here for not a very long time because of school, but I must say I enjoyed my stay and everything about it great working environment.
Great place for family stay. Clean and quiet rooms with excellent free breakfast and good evening cocktail service. Since the Wi-Fi is NOT free, I recommend bringing a Wi-Fi router to extend the network cable if you need.
We spent the night here last weekend and had a horrible experience. Upon our arrival Our restroom toilet was clogged so we called the reception desk, and we were helped by a lady who reported she was the manager on site. She reported that she was unable to help us resolve this matter and maintained a rude, nonchalant attitude during our encounter. I informed her that I am 6 months pregnant and in need of access to a restroom (which is a basic expectation when staying in a hotel) and she reiterated there was nothing she could do and instead offered us towels for the overflown water in our restroom clogged by the toilet. She refused to provide me with her name or business card and continued to state there was nothing she could do. So disappointed in the management and lack of maintenance in this hotel
Embassy Suites Glendale is a great place to stay. My wife and I came up from San Diego to go to Dodger Stadium. Easy commute to the ballpark, about 12 minutes at 5: 30 PM. Well located with plenty of places to eat and shop. Overall excellent stay. Staff is wonderful.
Great clean, spacious rooms, complimentary cooked to order omelets, heated swimming pool. Beds are clean, firm and cozy. Housekeeping is awesome, friendly; our rooms were made up nice and fresh when we returned from a long day of sightseeing. Elevators were frequent, no long wait at all. Fun, family place, beautiful Koi pond to add to the ambiance.
Our "go to" place when visiting Universal Studios, Hollywood, Muscle Beach. Downside: parking expensive at $28.00 per day.
Nice clean hotel in a great location. Plenty of local food and shopping options. Workout room has a nice view.
This is frequently my go to Hotel when I am in the North Los Angeles area for the past 9 years. Always clean, convenient location. I used to love the omelet breakfast and buffet but now it is way to crowded unless you are the first person in line when the restaurant opens.
Horrible stay. Dirty hallways, late night screaming in lobby, amateur hour at food service, charge for everything. Room was nice but everything else was sub standard.
Would never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone! We reserved a 650sq.ft room and early check in… they allow us to check in at 2pm! No one was there to help us move our luggage officers and we had to do it all on our own! We checked in the 10th floor king suite the first room we checked into smells like weed after complaining to the front desk we had to move our self to 11 floor to another king suite with broken bed we didn’t know the bed was broken until 2 o’clock in the morning when we came back to our room wanting to sleep when you complete for a desk they were so rude and unhelpful we had to wake up our two sleeping kids to take and move our own luggage to another room which was smaller and they still charged us for the larger room!
There not that many people working in this place! It’s not clean! The staff are very rude! Would NEVER go back to this place!
