16Filthiest place I've ever stayed, especially with my 2 kids and husband. The first room reeked of cigarettes and body odor, hadn't been vacuumed, and had a dirty sock on the floor next to the bed. The 2nd room had white crusty stuff on the night stand and headboard. The surfaces of everything was noticeably questionable. I felt extremely dirty until I got to my original destination and showered. I didnt make a huge fuss because our flight had already been cancelled and we were tired and stressed.
The stag was good. My family and I fit in one room. We had stayed 10 night and got a security deposit taken out like everyone else. Now when it came time to return it I did not see it. They say it was released but I didn’t see my account fluctuate. Other than that the rooms are okay. A little bit of repairs needed. Also, parking is tight.
I am a diamond member, a loyal Hilton customer. I should say this hotel looks newer than other embassy suites in this area near the airport. Customer service, not the best, as I asked for a late check out as our flight is later, the front desk refused as they are busy. What's with an extra hour for check out? Will an extra hour hour the business? I was treated better at Conrad outside the country than in this place. As for breakfast, the breakfast sausage is as dry as the cardboard and tastes like cardboard. I wish Hilton would do something to make this place in par with other embassy suites hotel or other Hilton hotels.
Was a very good hotel. Staff took good care of us.
Only complaint was road and AC noise.
Do not depend on the shuttle to get you to the airport in time for your flight. LEAVE EARLIER THAN YOU WOULD NORMALLY. WAY EARLIER! Otherwise great place to stay and will do so again.
The Hotel room could've been great but the HVAC System needed repairing because over night it was hot in the room, and the staff could've done a better job with the cleaning on the hallways walkthrough areas.
The staff was extremely helpful, and most especially the concierge services. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. There are a variety of restaurants nearby and boutique shops within walking distance. No complaints at all for the hotel! I would stay here again and recommend them to all of my friends.
Horrible customer service. Rooms need some TLC and maintenance. Grab and go breakfast served by the security guard. Not worth $200+ a night
Great staff, but my suite was in pretty poor condition-dirty carpet, broken dressers, and loose bathroom fixtures
My room 611 had mold in the bathroom, the TV was not working properly, it had white lines going up and down to much static (good thing I took a tablet we watched movies on that). The breakfast was horrible a cold burrito, nothing to drink but coffee. I had little ones, a juice would have been nice. I asked if someone could please pick up trash that was ready to go in a trash bag, customer service said no because it was passed 4 p.m. I had little ones, so I had dirty diapers.
I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in the past and my stays at other locations have been great. I guess it's just location️
I had to call the police because the housekeeper supervisors stole all of me and my 3 kids belongings out of our room. They admitted to it and just gave me a free day when i needed a full refund for my stay when they stole over 300$ worth of belongings and clothes from my kids. Alfonso or whatever the general manager name was told by front desk that all my stuff was there but was not able to retrieve anything but my daughter jacket. This was the worst experience i ever had at any hotel. I spent 1,100$ and lost over 300$ worth of my kids clothes

Hotel has really gone downward in appearance, upkeep and amenities. Broken spa, lukewarm pool and no shower in pool area. We won't be returning anytime soon. For the price paid not a value at all. Wake up on our last day to some guy talking very loud and smoking cigarettes on the balcony below our suite. Must have been our wake up call to leave.
The ES LAX North was a very nice Hilton property. The Parking garage could be cheaper, I guess that's LA for you. I would choose this location again.
Bring your own toilet paper. No one answers the front desk ever when you call. Due to Covid no room cleaning. No towels, No room needs. I cleaned my own bathroom since there was old used soap bars in shower gross thank goodness I had gloves. I sprayed it down with shower cleaner went to Target was not going to let my family use dirty bathroom. Sink was clogged in bathroom. Save your money I paid almost $800.00 for 2 nights in a dump.
44$ per night parking, $220 per night- cold tasteless breakfast- clean is the only perk UNNECESSARY HIGH! Visit Idaho, Tampa or South Carolina for decent views and reasonably priced service hot breakfast and clean
The hotel should change their name to the super 8 motel. The manager of this establishment has poor customer service. They tried to make me pay for parking twice. The was the worst and most uncomfortable stay ever. I should’ve gone with my first choice. I really deserve all of my money back. The rooms are outdated, the AC wasn’t working, the room was hot, the fridge didn’t cool, the shower was dirty, there was used soap in the shower. The didn’t bring towels. We were advised to sit out trash in the hallway. It was just horrible and ruined my vacation. Never ever again in life. Oh and not to mention they serve you ice cold burritos and egg muffins for breakfast. I’m just in disbelief at this hotel. LISTEN DONT STAY HERE!
