The hotel was ok but the taxes and parking fees really add up. We had to leave a additional incidentals deposit on top of the room price. It turns out that we didn't get the room for the price we booked for also (10 $ more). My bad for not checking when we left. Found all this out when I called to find out what happened to the deposit. It got used for the additional fees.

My party attended a soft launching in one of the Function Rooms.front desk wasn't very welcoming, no hi's nor hello's whatsoever.there weren't any other guests at the time we walked in but both appeared to be busy staring at their monitors and completely ignored us. The staff who took care of the event were awesome nonetheless.

The hotel has been cleaned up and upgrades. The staff have a very positive and happy feel about them. Embassy Suites was a very nice surprise. Note, if you're needing a hotel transfer from SFO airport, you need to book it (limited access times) and it's USD5.00 per ride.

Absolutely terrible front desk staff. Filthy public sitting area. The room temps went to 56 degrees one night and 83 degrees one morning. No windows to open. I was told there was nothing to do but use a space heater and a fan. It was terrible!

So many things were not up to the regular hotel standards I almost don't know where to start. There's no stopper for the tub in all the rooms. Have to call the maintenance to have them installed a stopper for the tub. The pool has a gum floating around so I removed it with their pool net. So many kids were in the pool and most of them were not supervised, we decided to go into the hot tub. The hot tub was so dirty the bubbles and the dead skins were floating around. GROSS!
The hotel turned off the system heat so you can't get any heat in all the hotel rooms. No it's real. End of November and the outside temperature is 46 degrees and this hotel manager thinks its still too warm to turn on the heat for their customers.
They brought us a space heater which was too small and loud couldn't keep the suite warm enough. The hair dryer put out more heat. So they brought us some extra blankets but it didn't do much.
The happy hour was a joke. Only things they put out was some pretzels, celery and carrots.

About 10 pm they told us that we can get a refund if we move out of the room that night. Hellooo at 10 pm? We were so tired we ended up just staying there and was cold and miserable. The noise heater kept us up pretty much all night long. On the way out they charge you $39 for parking and $5 for the van ride to the airport. Ugh!

We had an amazing stay here. The staff are incredibly kind, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was awesome!
Our flight back home had been canceled so the airline got us a last minute booking at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Upon our arrival we were exhausted and both phones had died. The front desk employees were welcoming and went above and beyond for us. They even provided me a phone charger to charge my phone as they checked us in. Additionally they gave us a compliantly snack and drink voucher. Throughout the stay we enjoyed great food, professional staff and a clean comfortable room. Thank you to the incredible staff!

Everything was absolutely perfect and amazing. I love staying at the Embassy Suites. The staff of wonderful and always there to help. The breakfast buffet in the mornings is huge and the happy hour at night is fantastic. Rooms are very reasonable and gorgeous. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know and who reads this review. Go check them out!

It’s been over 10 years since I’ve stayed at Embassy suites (any of them) and it’s sad to say that it’s gone way downhill. Our heater in our room never worked, no water bottles in the room, extremely limited staff for a Saturday night in the bar/restaurant. I never did get the drink I ordered. Any staff there was friendly but way overworked. And don’t count on a free shuttle to and from the airport or if you can even contact them to get them to pick you up. We waited over an hour at SFO in the freezing rain. Front desk never answered the phone. Find a closer place to the airport.

Went here for the FMNC fashion Show. Horrible venue for this, as I have attended here at least 5 times. Highly recommend you move this event. It's terrible and gets worse each event. It's a wonder Vendor attendance is dropping so much, it really needs a serious overhaul of your staff for being so out of touch within the retail clothing industry.

The hotel is ok however there are SEVERAL things that needs improvement. You can not control the air yourself. It is centrally controlled and it was extremely hot in my room and there was NOTHING I could do about it. There is not an ice maker on every floor but you can not access the floors with an ice maker without a key card. Every time I needed ice I had to go downstairs and get a separate key card to another floor. Super irritating! Lastly, there is an airport shuttle you have to pay for. The shuttle is only in service for a few hours a day. I paid for the shuttle which was supposed to leave at 5. I got downstairs 7 mins before just to watch the shuttle drive away. Why advertise a departure time then not stick to it? Needless to say I’m irritated.

I'm sitting in the lobby now after a late flight in and there's only one person at the desk and a group using vouchers without reservations to buy food from the snack area and rent rooms. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to check in. Won't be back here.

I love the restrooms in the lobby. They have individualized stalls allowing for a comfortable amount of privacy and space in each. And the indoor pool is a plus.

Pathetic unprofessional staff who can’t speak proper English!
Dirty rooms, stained bed covers, stained walls and furniture.

The worst experience I have ever very had in any hotel.rude front desk.uneducated staff who don’t know what they’re doing. Dirty rooms.they don’t clean the rooms until your fourth day! Else you need to request one day before! I guess they’re so retarded, it takes them a whole day to process a cleaning request.even the crew who come to change towels or pick up trash don’t speak English.not coming back

The hotel shuttle costs $5 each way for the airport. The manager reception food is very, very basic - usually chips and carrot sticks. If you are lucky they might have blocks of cheese versus the chips.
