Nice RV park with full hook up sites most are pull through. Free WiFi that is actually pretty good I got 8-10mb/s down and 4-5mb/s up. They've got a couple of pools and a hot tub. The tiki bar is nice and the food is good. They've got daily specials and the mango cream slushie is fantastic! They sell propane on site. The beachfront sites are some of the best around. We'll definitely be going back!

Very nice place, right on the river with beautiful sandy beaches. Great food for a good price. Big clean bathrooms and showers. Miniature golf and a 9 hole. Store with a little of everything. Definitely one of the nices RV parks I've been to.

It was the best place to bring in the New Year, no fireworks were shot and it was quiet as can be. The people that was there were sociable and kind like all the other resorts that Colorado River Adventure owns.

It's for families, boaters and older people. The bar is a beer keg bar. Not mixed drinks. Older people karaoke, not a place for teenagers or young adults. They woould be bored. It just doesn't have energy. If your a boater, great place, If your a family with young children, great place. If your 45 and older, great place. They say dog friendly, but not teally. 2 places dogs can go and are on the two opposite ends of the park. So your dog needs to go, it's a long night hike if your camped in the middle. And bo grass for the dogs to go. Everything is dirt, rocks and gravel.

We came to the resort by invitation (to get a sales pitch for the membership). While the resort was clean and well maintained it was just not for us. We have no water crafts of any kind so an RV park on the Colorado River is simply not for us. It was very noisy (lots of power boats going from dawn to after dark), the closest actual restaurant is in the town of Parker, AZ, and Parker is pretty much just a tourist town for the river. Having said all this if you own a boat of any sort this wold be the place for you. On top of this if you have T-Mobile you can forget about using your phone for anything. And with my wife having COPD I was worried that if she had a need for help I had no way to contact anyone. We were in space 510 and apparently were too far from the clubhouse or bar for us to get WiFi so not only was there nothing to do, we couldn't even get any streaming service or pretty much anything. All in all I would have to call this weekend (not to mention the 5+ hours each way driving time) a complete waste of time for us.

Really fun, just came here with my family. Their beaches and water are clean and clear. They have karaoke at night while your kids can swim ir go in hot tub. Last day there was a storm though, it started with lightning and thunder. Then came a sand storm and then rain and hail. Everybodies pop up tends were destroyed so if it happens to you go and run to take it down. Also bring batterie lights because the power and water went out to. Nobody got hurt and it was a story to remember. Best and crazy trip ever. Also there was donkeys, very sweet and like getting feed carrots (they are vegetarian though. We tried feed ing them meat, but nope) Anyway I 100% recommend

Great location on the Colorado river. Very clean campground. Pool area well kept. Food is delicious and cheap.

Easy to launch your boat there, and a good convenience store. Never stayed there but looks like a good Resort

Fantastic place to go with RV! They have tons of amenities and are extremely dog friendly, so friendly that their dog park has a river beach entrance just for the four legged!

The place is very nice. 2 big swimming pool, kids pool, like the bar and their happy hour, weekend Karaoke and dinner. Friendly staffs and Colorado River. Fun place to be.

Usually a fun quiet place to enjoy a break this time it was really bad. We booked in advance. We were provided with a number for a slot on the river only to find it occupied. Then when reported we were told simply to pick another spot. No river sites were available. Then after picking a site and setting up, we got neighbors. They partied loudly until nearly 3 am when my husband got up to look for additional phone numbers to ask for help with the situation. No help ever came. We are very disappointed.until on

Staff very nice. Food was very good and a good value. The grounds a little messy but it was July 4th week end and very full.

Definitely not for me. Very disappointed and left early the next morning. You have to step over everybody stuff just to get to the water. Poor organization and lack of pride of ownership. Never again

We are members and this is our second time here. My only complaint is. 3 empty sites to our right entices people and cars, atvs to cut thru not so bad when it's the 2nd or 3rd site over, but right next to us? Really people.sitting out there in the mornings with my coffee and in my robe they dont think twice about it.need 50 amp but none available due to a fire over 3 weeks ago.how long before they get fixed?

This place is going down hill, no more cable tv hok ups, place is always packed, almost over sold. Electricity cant keep up, shut off during peak times. Been coming here for the last 20 years, it's been going in the wrong direction these past years. Do not buy membership in this park!

Activities for the kids makes this place incredible. The hard water makes having a water softener for your RV a requirement. There are very few 50amp sites available, supposedly, even less since a back row fried leaving the park mostly 30amp and no 15amp available.
