They have made everything go smoothly in times of chaos and confusion. I highly recommend this team and this company. They are a true blessing! Great people to work with and know!

Refusing refund of down-payment for a home we were in the process of buying only, couldn't come to agreement on price with seller. Shenanigans ever since. Filing lawsuit Monday.

10 Stars for Shannon Noah and Julia McCabe. Shannons team is phenomenal. I've been practicing real estate for twenty (20) years and she is the best. When you have a tough escrow you want someone who can be strong, calm, creative and close the escrow. Shannon is a great problem solver and has so many contacts. She's knows almost every Title Officer. She regularly closes some of my toughest escrows such as probate with a reverse mortgage thats also in foreclosure, yeah try that LOL. Shannons Team is the best they work the longest and she still gets me my estimated closing statements for my Listing presentations when I request them on a Friday.
