There's a corner space with a fruit tree you can see it actually from the Ariel has a lot of Grass more than any other place I don't think a single wide mobile home would fit it would have to be Harvey and they're advertising Craigslist at 650 a months right now December 1st

Lots of falling down trailers. Very unkempt. Needs landscaping and trailer repairs. Didn't see laundry service area.

Management issues have been improving by trying to be more cautious about how she deals with people she seems to be a little more understanding by not to showing racialized hatred towards tenants and their visitors.
