You can trust them to put a pool in your backyard for sure, but if you have an issue then you are on your own. We had a pool put in 3 years ago and the concrete (colored and stamped so more expensive of course) cracked within a couple months. We have called and text and asked for this to be fixed for months, well years now, with zero response or sense accountability. The rock tile also just fell off and we have just fixed it ourselves because we know they do not respond. If you want a pool sure this is a beautiful but if you have any issue you are not going to get help. They are aware of the issue and acknowledged responsibility but refuse to fix it or even call us back.
