Emerald Tattoo & Piercing - Modesto

I’m not happy with my piercing, I went back for my second forward helix And the placement is horrible it’s to far from my other piercing and it’s in the wrong spot my jewelry faces down.

Me and my friend came in to get our nose pierced and the lady who did it she was so great and it was really fast. I would definitely go back again!

I went to get a nose bridge piercing about 2 weeks ago. The piercer said that I didnt have enough tissue/skin for it and I was pretty upset about it, so she tried her absolute best to help me figure out what else I wanted to get because I didnt want to leave without getting something. She was an absolute sweetheart. She was very clean, fast, and very helpful and she made the experience all that much better. I will definitely be going back to get more piercings.

This tattoo shop rocks, great tattoos from friendly faces. I have never felt more welcome in a shop, they are super clean and professional. My girlfriend got some script on her arm and I got a Japanese face mask, they came out so good and they were a fantastic price. 10/10 I would get my next tattoo here, well worth the time and money. Ps I would recommend David for your black and grey or neo traditional

Took my daughter here to celebrate her 18th birthday with a nose piercing, that she has been wanting for over 2 years now. Staff was friendly, and welcoming. Bre was the young lady that provided the service. She was gentle and quick with the piercing process. Environment was very clean and set up well. Great job everyone. I would definitely recommend and go back if need to.

I went in with my friend to get piercings. All employees that we met were extremely welcoming and helpful. Nikey pierced us and she was the ABSOLUTE BEST. She made sure that we were comfortable and knew what she was doing throughout the piercing process and informed us well on aftercare and healing time. I have autism and ways extremely nervous and fidgety, and unfortunately I couldn't stay still or handle the pain well but Nikey got me through it and calmed me down. I'll be going back anytime I want a new mod because of how amazing my experience at Emerald Tattoo was:)

Ive gotten 2 piercings this past year from them and both experiences were great! The receptionist is a cool dude, totally nice and the employees are so nice! During the process of getting my piercings they would talk to me and all my nerves would go away.now that im 18 ill start getting my tattoos there and continue going there, ur business is great guys! I recommend them 10/10

They had their Friday the 13th piercing specials and even though the line was extremely long I waited and was so happy I did! I love my rook and my not so other PG piercing! Their customer service was awesome as well. Tristan was never bothered by me asking where they were as far as the line goes. I've always had the best experiences here

Bad peircings. Theyre so tight I could never remove them without a professional and the salt water spray they push destroyed my chest piercings. The tattoo I have is uneven and the placement is weirdly angled.

The staff was nice, I liked the jewelry they sold, the prices are comparable. My skin just took too much abuse to recommend to another person.

This place I would not recommend at all they don't stand by there work. In business your word is your bond.

This place is amazing. First time i went there was because I needed a cover up job from a previous tattoo i had that the previous artist was refusing to fix, I went to emerald, explained them the situation and they recommended me to have Amir help me. Amir is amazing, we sat down for like 5-10 minutes and kinda explained him the situation and what i wanted on there instead that could help cover it up. He went in the back and sketched what I wanted and what he thought would be the best way to cover it up and make it look beautiful at the same time and I was mind blown. Not only did he cover up the old tattoo to the point you can’t tell that it’s there, the end result was astonishing. I really recommend Amir from Emerald Tattoo if you want a cover up or any tattoo in general, he is one of the best artists I’ve ever met. I’ve been also going to Emerald for my piercings too. I’ve had Nikey do my rook, snug, daith, and tragus, as well as stretching my lobes. Before Nikey, I’ve gotten my ear lobes and my helix done. I want to point out as well that I’ve had a huge fear of needles over the years. The place where I got my lobes and helix done did not do a professional job and the holes had a hard time healing. They also made me feel bad about my fear of needles. So I decided to try out Emerald as well. I was amazed. Not only Nikey did a really professional and clean job, she didn’t make me feel about about my fear, instead her work helped me get over that fear as well. I also want to point out that Nikey has a great eye for piercings and she is really good at recommending what kind of piercings you should get in each ear, which piercings would good together and which ones wouldn’t. Overall, I really recommend Emerald for both tattoos and piercings, Amir and Nikey are one of the most professional and best artists I’ve ever met, and i’ve been really happy with their work.

I've gotten two pieces done here by Jarod. They're in a new location now 125 McHenry and it's a really nice place. The staff is very professional and friendly and Noah keeps that front desk running smoothly. Clean, wonderful tattoos, great artists and friendly atmosphere. I won't be going anywhere else if I decide to get more ink:)
