Emergency Plumbing is used by my home repair policy and after their first visit for a problem I requested them again. The plumber was so nice, arrived even before scheduled with a text message sent prior to visit. He was very thorough, took his time, cleaned area after fixing, and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. The plumber sent to me was Carsten and could not be more pleased.

Replacement of our water heater took a bit of time but we got it and rep showed good professionalism throughout the installation.

My warranty company hired them for water heater repair. I was told almost two weeks ago that they were going to order the part and call me on status. Never did. I called a week and a half later and that’s when they finally opened an order for a part that they were suppose to order 2 weeks ago. We’ve been without hot water this entire time. DON’T HIRE THEM!

I have clogged drain in my double sink vanity in my second floor master bedroom, I called my warrenty to open a request and unfortunately they assigned this unprofessional company, they guy came and said he can't use the snake because if he try it will go to the other sink he even did not try he did not do anything and sent report to the warrenty this job need to be done from the roof the vent pipe which is not true, I went to home depot rent a drill drain cleaner snake I was able to do it my self and I never ever did this before this companies just want to get your money without doing any job shame on them, if there is -10 points I will give them, never ever use this company

Emergency Plumbing & Router sent me a text prior to arrival so I could have my home ready and our dogs put away. When our tech, Chris arrived he was kind, courteous and put a mask on for our safety. He assessed the issue, explained what he was going to do and repaired our leaky shower in minutes using our specific name brand parts. I am especially grateful for his professionalism and will be calling for his service IF we ever need plumbing help again.

BEYOND HORRIBLE! DON'T EVER USE THEM. IF YOU STOPPED BY THIS REVIEW DON'T STOP BY THIS BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. First American really need to quit using this company. Items snd repair were covered by my warranty and they wanted still charge me then wrote the report to the insurance company as if we caused the problem when my house is sn older house damage ess normal wear and tear. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST.
Going to report then to better business bureau.
