5I am so disappointed.i came here with a broken toe, basically they didn't do anything but kept me waiting for 6 hours and just charged for money.
SHOULD BE CALLED, "MEMORIAL INHOSPITABLE. " HORRIBLE PLACE! MY ELDERLY RELATIVE (A CANCER PATIENT) CAME TO MEMORIAL EMERGENCY WITH STOMACH PAINS. ALL EMERGENCY ROOM VISITORS ARE SENT OUTSIDE TO WAIT, SOMETIMES FOR HOURS! THERE IS NO INDOOR ACCOMODATIONS FOR THEM! THE CHAIRS ARE COLD STEEL WITH NO BACKING! NO HEAT, NOTHING! MY 85 YEAR OLD FATHER-IN-LAW HAD TO WAIT OUT THERE LATE AT NIGHT FOR FOUR HOURS IN THE FREEZING COLD. MOTHERS WITH BABIES WERE OUT THERE TRYING TO KEEP WARM. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
Waited 8 hours to treat muscle cramp (esophageal). Couldn't swallow. Treated so badly by dr. I left.

Brought my two year old here twice for high fevers just to be safe. I like there separate waiting areas for pediatric care is quite nice. I don't mind the wait which has been about four hours each time because it's not a bad place to wait. Cartoons playing for the kiddos to help. Doctors and nurses are kind and understanding and helpful. My daughter has mild autism so they are appreciated for that.
