Incredibly rude receptionist, i told them i had a urgent matter and they didnt care and just started raising their voices and the doctors are clueless to whats going on there

Best doctors appointment I’ve ever experienced in my life! Sandra greeted me with the best customer service so helpful and nice. I love how there’s a holistic approach and other options. I felt comfortable safe and Dr. Jalisa is beyond a sweetheart. Good doctors are hard to come by and I found mine!

I have never in the history of my life dealt with such ineffective and incompetent people. They do not return calls. They do not notify you of referral status. Nor do they submit referrals when that is the plan at appointments. They schedule and then change your appointment regularly. One doctor even had the audacity to say “just tell cvs what meds you want” as if that is how prescriptions work. The office staff is incompetent beyond belief. Do not use this facility if you can avoid it at all.

I like the staff here, very friendly. I feel comfortable when I talk to them. I don’t ever feel ignored or “untreated” when I’m there like with some other physician/doctor offices. I always leave with a resolution, like a lab or physical therapy referral, or medication prescription.

Only problem is some appointments are a little far out. Pain/issues doesn’t have a schedule, but I have walked in a couple times without an appointment and they see me.

It is a loose 3 sometimes the front office girls are nice sometimes, sometimes not depends who is there
Be advised this is a learning facility you won't see the same NP or PA and sometimes not your dr.

Very bad I will never recommend nobody. To this doctor she don’t know what the hell she’s doing she’s been giving me different medication for something else. Plus they are not clean enough. And she want to charge me $35 to pick up my file with somebody else and I call Melina and I switch my doctor for free

The worst laser in the worst doctor Najat A Jalisi and the stuff member. They do make Deal with the patient at the begging and at the end O we didn't make that decision and we didn't tell you that and to many lies (THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST LIARS) They are not honest and trustful people, they are clinic and doctors working there and I believe a doctor need to be honest with their patients not just getting patients to get their money. Please don't go by them find anywhere else, and they tell you we have the best machine that no where else does, absolutely wrong! They should say the worst machine. You will not have the result you looking for, just paying your money for no result at the end.

Really want to give this clinic a chance but I’m very disappointed in this clinic. Very uninformative staff.
