MY GOD, I'm a new agency owner 25 years old doing this by my self.
I have been lost in the process to opening.
I had the owner of the company call me and help me and guide me, Its rare to get this good customer service now and days most company's just want your money and offer no help, But this company goes above and beyond. If you're looking for a trust worthy company one that will offer help this is the one.again thank you cherrie and the owner for the quick and friendly customer service.

I am excited to be part of the penguin team and I'm looking forward for a long business relationship with this team.

I have only been with Penguin as an agent for a VERY short time but in that same time they have been AWESOME both in commercial as well as personal lines. I have been an agent in excess of 30 years. I wish i had heard about them sooner. The person who has been of great help with my orientation in personal lines is Joenil Aguila

We left them 2 yrs ago due to poor service and lots of promises. The biggest mistake and now they are still calling our clients to solicit. CEO never answers emails or calls. Terrible.

Calles to start a new policy but I was told nobody was available and that they would call me back in 30 minutes and that was 48hrs ago. The reason why I called them is because my original carrier said I would need to go through a broker to get my insurance back. The way I figured, if this was a claim or an important issue I would still be waiting for them.

Quite possibly the worst company I've ever been in contact with. No one ever answered the phone and even if they do they will transfer you to a line that no one will pick up. I do not understand how they are still in business. I am launching a formal complaint against this company. Just look at the other reviews they paint a pretty clear picture.

Going on 3 days and these people still have not provided a quote. When I called Julie even had the nerve to hang up on me! Every insurance company I got a quote from only took 15 min NOT 3 days. No customer service or manners! Very rude imbecils working here

Don't use this company biggest scam ever. I was told I was getting insurance for 3 vehicles for $467 a month which sounded great, but they didn't inform they were a sub agent of Nationwide who also charged me $1042 a month. When I called to talk to a rep.to ask what was going on he said to contact Nationwide. When I told him I wanted more information he said he would get a licensing agent on the phone after I waited on hold for 30 minutes he said that the agent was busy that they have 1500 guests to help. Very poor customer service

I have been with Penguin Insurance my Agent was Amanda and Bo for 2 years now and can say their team have always handled my issues quickly. I've have a broken pipe that caused a flood in my home, a house fire, and broken car windshields. Penguin has always come to my aid with no hassles. I would give them an 10 out of 10!

Couldn't even get a quote without first emailing Paul all my information. Name, address, phone number, auto information. I couldn't just give Paul the make, model, year of my car. No, I had to email or fax it to him. I've never, ever been treated with such complete disinterest. I would never get insurance through this company. If you can't talk to a potential customer on the phone, then I don't trust your ability to do anything. I'm going elsewhere! Too bad, I had two cars to insure. Your loss.

I had both my car and home insurance through them for a very short period and my experience was very bad. I asked for details on my policy and it was very hard to get their response. Had to send multiple reminders to get response. Even after sending reminders, the response was very incomplete. It seemed they do not want to work with you and take customers for granted. In my 15 years experience dealing with insurance companies, I have never seen such a bad customer service. I switched over to another agent. Much happier.
