8Filthy room, filthy bathroom. The bed cover has holes in it and has super weird red stains. I hope that’s ketchup or tomato sauce and not blood. Bathtub has a weird orange tape and the toilet bowl is one of the grossest ones I have seen in a long time.
I booked for late January. Got an email that my reservation was cancelled, but I did not cancel my stay. Called and the staff told me the system cancelled everyone who had booked in January. Told me it would be fixed the next day. Called back and the staff told me to book somewhere else.really? ! So I have to adjust my plans because YOUR system screwed up. Horrible customer service, don't waste your time.
The room we stayed in was filthy — there were several dead ants on the pillows and the bed, a towel had a clump of someone else’s hair, the floor had bits of dirt, and the sink & toilet bowl was incredibly gross (also had someone else’s hair still there along with other substances). Walls were thin.
When we arrived, the front desk associate told us we didn’t have a reservation. After arguing for 20-30 minutes and not understanding what the issue is, he finally called his manager and we got our room.
Parking sucks, even for LA standards. TV remote didn't work either.
Small place but clean. Arrived a bit early for check in to find the room not ready. Was told to wait 15-20 min.it was a whole 45 mins watching the cleaning lady clean the room. Other than that not a bad place
Very nice place -has good wifi and
phones in rooms -however phones can only dial other rooms - no outside phone calls
Nice for the price. Needs updated bedding. My room toilet seat was broken, security lock busted. But overall I would come back again
Well worth the money! Even during coronavirus I felt comfortable. The wood floors are a plus. Seems like the cleaning lady can use some coaching however during these times we have cleaning supplies on deck. I would upgrade the blankets I always bring my on linens and toiletries to 100 and below locations. But the TV took my fire stick and the internet is fast. Quiet room after a quick bleaching and switched the linens this family owned place became my new hidden treasure.
