I Wish I could give these guys a 7 stars because they certainly deserve it. I called for an issue with my fireplace gas valve which I thought needed replacement, They showed up within 1 hour, Steve looked at the issue and did some troubleshooting and found out no need for a replacement and did not even charge any fees for his time. Ethical, honest workers and companies like that are a rarity.

I am so pleased and thankful for Empire! Donald and Brian are professional and helpful. Brian answered all of my questions (patiently because there were a lot!) and explained his answers politely. It was the hottest week of summer yet and we were saved from melting by Empire’s team. They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule. They were also the lowest price compared to others in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Empire for any A/C and/or Heating Repair!

I called empire minutes before they closed the day before my appointment and they were able to accommodate me for a morning appointment the following day.
I was called and texted to confirm appointment and given an ETA for the tech.
The tech, Brian Enell, arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to me the problem and possible solutions with the estimates for them. He fixed our AC fast. Thank you Brian for making our old unit work again.

They replaced the whole ac system and ducts. I hate the system every time the fan turns on at night it wakes you up.
The fan is to loud for inside a house.
Don't believe them when they say WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT it's a lie!
Don't use there equipment the fan in the house is louder than the one outside!

I would give no star if I could. They were rude on the phone. I placed a call for them to repair an air conditioner and based in their advertisement of free estimate. They were not willing to honor that. The operator was telling me at 6: 00 am that the phone line are lighting up and he has to go. Such a Bad Customer Service. I would refuse to give them business.

They hydro jetted my sewer pipes. I am very happy with the service. Their technicians were polite, professional, on time…. I will definitely use them again.

Have had plenty of experience with this company. Very adept with heating and cooling repairs and installation. We continue to Bering them in regularly for ongoing maintenance. Wholehearted recommendation.

They came out on time and diagnosed the problem with our leach field, which was excessive biomat. The technicians we're very knowledgeable and explained to me how the whole process works and that we needed septic shock treatment, which is available at home improvement stores and online. They refused to even charge me for a house call. I Will definitely use them again.

Other people that came out before didn't connect the cords back properly to our AC they were extremely loose. Keith came out not only was he very professional but took the time to explain thoroughly our exact issue. It was a quick easy fix and now our AC works great. Will be calling Keith again if there any more further issues.

Brian is the man. He definitely knows what he's doing. One company told me I needed to replace my entire furnace, Brian told me I had a wiring issue. Fixed it fast and for significantly less than the price of a new furnace.

Keith professional technician explained the working of my old closet wall furnace. When we upgrade I'll definitely be calling Keith at Empire.
