Michelle made my first shopping experience at Empire fabulous! Her customer service skills are outstanding. Although she was with another customer she greeted me. During my visit she brought out six different shoes for me to try while she also assisted two other women. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the shoes she helped me pick out and would highly recommend shopping there. Susan Hook
