Let me start by saying - I never leave reviews - but these guys absolutely earned it! Best quoted price out of 3 local tree services. Had a massive tree split in half, one half landed on the house and the other on the fence - these guys we magicians in removing and preventing any further damage. I will never even call another tree service! Extremely diligent in their clean up procedures too! You would never know a 70’ elm tree had just fallen in my back yard

We had a big Mulberry tree branch fall on our roof this morning at 1: 30 am and Empire Tree Service was able to come in within the hour of contacting them under an emergency service, even after hours, and take care of the fallen branch before it was able to cause more damage, with our kids still asleep upstairs. We are eternally grateful for their speedy response and their help under this stressful time. Will definitely be giving them more business and referring them to everybody I know.

I asked Empire Tree Service to come back to my house this year. After discussing the rising prices to trim the palm trees every year, I decided to have them all removed. I would recoup my money in three years. Watching the team fell the trees was the best entertainment! They are total professionals. Not even a moment I thought someone/something would be hurt. The clean up was immaculate. After other bids EMPIRE was the lowest. I would percent recommend them for all your trees. Thank you Erica and Team! I'll see you next year for the Olive tree

Erica came to my house in person. She is the owner of the company and was out of town when my job was bid and completed. She refunded me the cost of the tree, dealt with her employee and apologized. She assured me she would have returned to fix the tree had She been in town. She is very personable and genuine. I'll change my star value from 1 to 3 but I'll leave my comments to remind people to always check the work before paying.

I selected Empire Tree Service based on their ratings. They perform the job. However, I paid them before I noticed my tallest palm tree was left with two palm fronds bent downward. I called to have the company come back and cut them. I was told they would be back. When they didn't show up I reached out again. It was important to me because I was having a family reunion that weekend. The second time I was told it wasn't worth their time to come back for one palm frond. I said it was two, on the tallest tree and I'm 65! Thank you to my neighbor who saw my daughter and I trying to cut these fronds and did it for us. Again, lesson learned. Don't pay until every tree is checked. Shame on Empire!

We had a very prompt response from Empire Tree Service. They came and removed 3 very tall 30 yr old pine trees from our side yards. The workers were happy and motivated! They had to rope and lower limb by limb, then hauled everything away. They cleaned up the whole yard afterward. Thank you! We cannot be happier!

Like everyone else, we had a great experience with this company. They were the highest rated yet lowest priced estimate to have 3 large trees removed from our property. We had had quotes near $11,500 but Empire came in at nearly half that. They completed the job in about 2 days. We were also surprised at how clean they were when they left. Thank you Erika. Empire Tree did an excellent job trimming and removing trees for us. Removed 2 palms and an Italian cypress. Also trimmed Japanese elm, 3 Chinese Pistashe, multiple Italian cypress and more. Empire’s price was $1000 less than the other company we spoke with, and the other bid did not include removing one of the trees. Crew was on time, professional and very friendly. Will be using them again.
