Empireworks are in general very responsive. They give me update from time to time to when the job be done, making sure I won’t feel being left out, ’or forgotten. GOOD JOB! Empireworks, keep it up.

Juan Martinez and his crew have been working on my community for the past 6 months and I can’t say enough good things about them. The whole crew is respectful and professional. They really care about their work and that it is donde correctly. Really one of the the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor.

Empire Works very good work and the professionalism of the foreman Manuel Saravia and his team. I was at the Berryessa Villa Community and saw how clean and safe his work area was. Always available to answer questions and always respectful of residents. I highly recommend EmpireWorks.

Our HOA selected Empire Works to do siding inspection ahead of a paint project. We were given quotes and able to work with Empire Works or select our own vendor for the actual repairs. After looking at two other bids, my neighbor and I selected to move ahead with Empire Works - their bid was competitive and they were professional at all times.

Dealing with the office, because it's larger, could sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Our actual account exec I guess you'd say, Brett, was always willing to help and discuss options but I could only get support from him. The main office never knew who I was or how to help. So a little frustrating but since Brett shared his contact info and was easy to get in touch with, it worked out fine.

We had quite extensive repairs on our unit (35 years old and no significant prior repairs prior to when we purchased it) and the work team was here for ~7.5 business days across two weeks.

Juan was our site team lead and he and his crew were very professional; they worked to avoid damaging the landscape and were very respectful of our property. They did a great job, communicated well their start times and when they were leaving each day. We have dogs and they were always cautious to make sure they cleaned up nails, etc, in the yard so we could let the dogs out after they left for the day. They did great work and the house looks great - now we are just waiting for the HOA paint project to commence so Empire can do that as well and the house will look brand new again!
