At least update that you're temporarily closed. Couldn't get through on the phones regardless of how early I called so I figured I would get attended in person. Both automated message and here provided me with hours claiming that this location is open but guess what it's not and I walked 40 minutes there hoping to finally get some help. I understand that things are uncertain now but at least share what's happening so we are properly informed, you're a government facility and should have the public's back.

This place is not helpful at all. I was told to register at the computer then go to a window. The guy at the window ignored me. I went over to a lady at another window, she said I'm busy and cannot help you. So I went back to the first guy at the window. Had questions about unemployment. Told me he knew a lot about unemployment. But refused to help. Pointed me to online and 800#. Then tells after o sit down to use the land line that the unemployment phone line is only open 8-12 pm.

They need to fire the employees at the window and hire some new workers who are willing to help people who come in.

I felt unappreciated and unimportant. It's hard enough to lose a job and you're trying to get back on your feet. And our taxes pays for their secured cushioned job. Fire those lazy window workers and get some new workers that will go the extra mile in helping people that come in.

The guy at the front desk was rude and not very helpful. I'm there because I need help.

There suppose to help you out in finding permanent work! Instead they look at you as if your some kind of f[_]cking retard then they make fun of your person because your unemployed bunch of racist f[]ck$! They only offer temporary job agency work not good enough!
