Really nice location for disability office it has a very clean environment and nice feel to it they don't keep you in there all day end workers all nice security is very professional cameras all about I love my experience there

How can I talk to someone over the phone? Phone lines are always to capacity.

For the past few months I have Bern in close connection with these hard working people and I have nothing but positive feedback for them. They work under pressure with issues that are beyond their control abd are the middle man yo assist us in every way they can. When they do not have the authority to implement that has to done by someone else, they commincate to us and get yhe ball rolling, and if its a task that ism our responsibility to.take before they can take the next step, again they communicate in a manner that I understand. Let's get real here, I'm not savy on the all the acronyms and policies that must be done due to.protocal and politically correct purposes. Last but not least, they are quick, informative and even if the waiting room is full, I don't think it took more that 30 minutes maybe 40 if you count, parking, walking in and elevator. So I think they're Grrreat!

Good place, it has changed a little, it is no longer the same person and they are more friendly.

Has anyone else not get paid for EDD disability on January 12th 2023? I can't get in contact with the EDD so I was just wondering if everybody else was having the same problem
