I recently bought a Mercedes E250 Diesel. Empower prices their vehicles quite fairly, and makes sure they are mechanically sound as well. The guys there made the whole process fast, easy, and walked me through every portion of the process. They communicate well and quickly too. I am very happy with the whole experience, and would highly recommend!

I also highly recommend their service department as well!

Complete waste of time.approved for a car when I get to the dealer. I’m told the car is NOT ready it has to driven so the smog check whatever can reset. Four days go by car still not ready told it has to be driven more and is at mechanic. Wanted me to sign the contract for the car even though it wasn’t ready. Avoid this place!

While I didn't buy a car, I was VERY impressed with the service I received here. Jose and his staff were ultra friendly and inviting. Even though they were busy they were sure to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was truly a great experience compared to doing business at some of the dealerships around LA. I highly recommend supporting this place if you can!

Amazing Experience! Jose is one of the best dealers I have ever met hands down. He made my experience a breeze. Not to mention putting me in my dream car. I have received so many compliments on my car from friends, family even co-workers, and it’s only been a week that I have had the car. Ha! But I have referred multiple of people and anyone reading this I highly recommend you come down and get your first or next vehicle here. Jose is kind, funny, has a lot of patience, and really will GO ALL OUT HIS WAY to make sure you have the car that you WANT! Thank you Jose, really. I will definitely be back in the next few years purchasing another vehicle from you. Until then take care:)

Purchased a vehicle from out of state which I'm hesitant to do from previous experiences with other dealers. However, the vehicle I looked at presented so well in photos and on paper (the price certainly reflected a pristine vehicle $$$) and the owner was kind enough to provide additional photos and even a cold start video. Sadly, when I showed up to collect the car, it was clear it had been in an accident which was not disclosed. Whether the dealer knew about it or not, I didn't feel comfortable buying the car and backed out. The dealer understood and agreed to send a check for the funds they already deposited. This is the part that bugged me. It took so long for that to be done, that I couldn't purchase any other vehicles I found suitable while on vacation because my funds were tied up. When I was sending them money, everything was done super fast and with a cashier's check which means it clears immediately. But when they need to send the money back due to an oversight on their end, they drag their feet and I have to wait over a week to get the funds back. I am disappointed to say the least. When I was looking around the car up close, it was obvious the photos were taken at specific angles to hide colored tape on the bumper covering signs of an impact. This is not how you get repeat business. This perpetuates the used car dealer stigma. Let's aim a little higher, people.
