Dr. Simmons is a great dentist and oral surgeon. He recently performed a nearly 4 hour procedure on my upper jaw involving multiple extractions, bone grafts, an implant, a rebuilt root canal post & core and about 6 fillings. This was all done with the schedule coordination and support of a traveling dental
anesthesiologist on the day of the procedure and coordination with my neurologist pm doctor to schedule and perform another half-day procedure the following day to ensure the dental work didn’t cause another very painful condition I have to potentially permanently spread to my face.

Dr. Simmons spent as much time as I needed to coordinate coming up with a surgical plan, keeping in mind what to do in case something doesn’t work or goes wrong, such as a bone graft failure. Once the grafts heal in a few months, I will require another procedure for implant installation and once they heal, crowns can be placed on all of the new implants, hopefully in 6-9 months…or sooner.

Dr. Simmons treats fearful patients gently and with kindness and compassion. Pam in the front office and all of his dental technicians and assistants involved in my case were fantastic!

I am truly thankful to Dr. Simmons and his staff and would recommend him, without reservation, to anyone in need of a dentist or oral surgeon.

I was very impressed with Dr. Simmons including his impeccable credentials and experience in his field. After receiving a sleep apnea diagnosis, I researched alternative treatments to a Cpap machine. I chose a custom mandibular appliance for the mouth. Dr. Simmons was informative, giving a great deal of attention to my comfort levels with the treatment, numerous excellent suggestions and great follow-up. His staff is wonderful and very accessible.
