CVS, Starbucks and a few other speciality stores. Good free parking, although often busy. A stop light makes for an easy exit into the busy traffic on Ventura Boulevard. Wheelchair accessible. Most stores have wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

This Landmark destination of San Francisco has almost no limits. Restaurants to tours to music it's got a little bit of everything. You can go check out the sea lions, or go on different ferries to visit different things, even speed boat trips

Pier 39 is a great an excellent place to visit when touring around San Francisco. On the pier you will find plenty of restaurants of all kinds and price ranges. Lots of souvenir shops with the $10 t-shirts and pretty much anything you can think of with a SF logo on it.

This is a really nice place in Encino they have so many different stores such a Starbucks Ralphs and anything else he could think of different restaurants it's really great and they have places for you to sit down and relax and have your cup of coffee or whatever you're eating I definitely recommend checking them out there's something for everyone here

They were out of chicken when we arrived and were cooking a new batch that would not be finished for an hour. We left without ordering anything.

Very fresh produce, wide selection of fish (for fish lovers a great place). Good environment too if you're looking to learn Farsi. Not too pet friendly, but kid friendly. Kind of a mom and pop ran establishment. Staff is well behaved, good customer service.
They have good kabab and take out food too, if you'd like to make the order while shopping or make a phone call ahead of time. They bake breads, but I am unsure about desserts being baked on site. They do have a wide variety of baked goods though, which is scrumptious and of the middle eastern cuisine. I think they cater too.
Open Sundays-Fridays
Saturdays they're closed, while Fridays they close earlier (depends on the season).

I'm reviewing the parking company that manages this place. The parking guy will slap the Parking Violation slip on your car windshield with NO proof that one left the Encino center or walked across the street. It's unreliable monitoring.
My example: I went to Starbucks and parked in the structure. I return to my car and get a violation paper stating that the vehicle is parked illegally and is subject to towing. I was a customer at the Starbucks for 2 hours and NEVER walked OUT of the Encino center. I disputed it with the company over the phone with facts like timestamp on Sbx app and no possible proof I walked out the center. Unfortunately, they take the employees word over any proof. At least give me proof I walked across the street and left the center to make the Violation slip valid. I asked the parking guy why I got the violation if I didn't leave the center. I got that he walked in the Starbucks 3 times and didn't see me and that he doesn't know what to tell me. The company admitting it was a mistake would be fair. I think it's unfair to possibly get my car towed because of an employee's word and no real proof. I applaud them enforcing the parking for customers but the tracking is inaccurate. A valet stand or ticket machine at an entrance would easily solve this problem.

After several drug support groups, I knew I needed something more than being able to talk about my problems. This drug addiction treatment center had a proper medical detoxification portion as a part of my treatment program. That's what really helped me get better.

I am very proud of myself for going through rehab. Treatment and detox was a hard process but it is very rewarding to say that I am sober. I've been clean for 14 months now and I am still going strong. I recommend this rehab center in Encino to anyone who is willing to battle their addiction because they will help you succeed.

This place has some stores but it's lame. The CVS is not 24 hours, the Starbucks closes early, the Jamba Juice closes early, but the Ralph's stays open late. The entrances get chained up at night so you have to make a full circle to get into the lot if you're trying to get to the Ralph's late at night. Pros: good place for coffee, juice, groceries, and drug store visits, but only if its during the day. Con: everything closes early.
