Encino Outpatient Surgery Center

Great place - thanks to Nurse Kelly, Claire, Chelsea, Michelle, Dr. Khan & Dr. Daisy Lankarani for helping me through my procedure today!

So many five star reviews, hardly anything left to say. But let me echo those comments as from check in to checkout, all was a 10. Every person knew their gig, all very nice and comforting, covered all the bases on med history, prescriptions and test (s) to be performed in a private area. Although a bit assembly line, it worked flawlessly. Even the anesthesiologist stopped by to double check on my history. Small, but upscale facility, and would highly recommend for any outpatient procedures.

Waiting area only for patient. When it is billing questions it’s goes to the parents of teenager, but otherwise the patient only permitted at the check in. No waiting during a surgery. If the parents need to fill out an insurance info you got to stay in hallway to do that. The clinic say that it’s a CDC guideline.

I've now had three procedures at EOSC, and I can't say enough good things about them! The staff is wonderful. Every step of the way they are kind and make what can be an uncomfortable situation easy. From check-in to pre-op to post-op, every person I've dealt with put me at ease. They are a well-oiled machine, in that the procedures are on time, but the whole process never feels rote or impersonal. And I appreciate that they call a day before to go over everything and the day after to check up.

I couldn't have been more pleased with EOSC. A special appreciation for Nicole, the nurse who put my IV in. I have rolling veins which makes it difficult for the nurse and painful to me. But Nicole said, "no big deal" and it wasn't. No pain, no bruising. She is amazing. But kudos to the entire staff for the special handling during Covid-19. Highly recommend.
