We purchased a small gas logs stove. We were given a discount as a floor model and once the blower came in installation was scheduled. We had a cinder block basement wall to go through and the installers had no problems. It serves the purpose we sought. We love it. We had a good experience with Energy House.

We are return customers.
Our new home needed a gas insert fireplace to replace an old wood-burning fireplace. We called Energy house and Robert helped us that same day- showing us models that would work in our home and informed us of an amazing rebate from the state to make things even sweeter. We decided to move forward that day and they were so efficient in submitting the application to the state for the work voucher that we were able to get things turned around in just over a week.
Our Installer Larry is an amazing craftsman and worked gently with our existing stone work to custom fit the new fireplace into our old hearth and it looks seamless. The Ravena model that we got looks and feels great and is simple to use with the touch of a remote.
Thank you Energy House— Robert and Sandy for streamlining the voucher process. Our family is excited to have a cozy Christmas with our brand new warm fireplace!

We bought a hot springs hot tub from energy house at the Fresno fair. We dealt with F. J. Higgins. He was so friendly and honest; he gave us the best service. We even called him up later to upgrade the hot tub the next day after thinking about it and it went so smoothly. I would defiantly get another hot tub from him. Sandy Reed was excellent in assisting me and my wife on the right gas insert and her customer service is outstanding! Sandy even helped in processing the documents for the reinbursement from San Joaquin Valley Air District. Thank you Very Much!

We just purchased a pellet stove. Sandy was Excellent to work with! Very knowledgeable and not Pushy! Great personality and gave us the time to decide what we thought would we would be most comfortable with. We even called her a couple times for more information and she was happy to help with more information. GREAT at her Job! People like that are hard to find!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience with the Energy House from the initial sales greeting to final paper work to be submitted for grant. The installation was completed in an amazingly professional manner as well. This is our 2nd insert purchase and highly recommend to friends and family!

Very professional, We have purchased 2 different items from here. We love the service they provide. The sales woman that we deal with her name is Sandy. She is very knowledgeable in the products she sells and is very responsive, and she keeps you in the loop from start to finish.

Purchased a Harmon pellet stove. $12,000. It started out being a pleasure doing business with Sandy. Until it got to the initial visit for how the new fireplace surround needed to be built & a to early delivery of our stove to our house that was still under major construction from a fireplace house fire. Then, to finally installing the insert.
Larry, their installer is rude & has terrible customer service. 1st visit wanted $150.00 from me for making the visit to Wonder Valley. I told him this is an insurance claim. His rude response was oh great, I'll never get that then. 2nd visit delivered a stove that shouldn't have been delivered till after our major construction was finished. Workers had to dolly this huge insert in & out of rooms that were being worked on. Noone cared about us being major inconvenienced due to this. I was also told.when he comes back that he will be one of the last people I see at the end of my house being finished. And that he would show me how to use it. Last visit to install it. Shows up an hour earlier in the morning. Which was fine after I put my huge dogs away. And, working on getting my old little dog out of the way so, he could pull in after opening my big gate. He punched the gas petal. I told him to wait he puched again almost running my little dog over. I called him something I've never called anybody in my lifetime. He lies to everyone about bringing me pellets for the 1st start up. What a jerk. We spent $12,000. I recieved HORRIBLE customer service. So for this, I will not be purchasing my next pellet stove for my new house being built. Definately Don't recommend this business.

Energy House was great to work with. After the purchase of gas insert, the installers called with a time and they came when they said. Once completed, energy House submitted the paper work to sjva same day. There communication is excellent and will do business with them again!

Love the stove. Was not super happy about the install. Roof leaked for weeks during the heavy rain (specifically from the install) and the outside chimney area looks jimmy rigged. Now the stove has a permanent water mark from all the leaking. It was a very expensive job for the poor quality of work.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and kind to my 92 year old dad. Their install was great and very professional. Highly recommend.

Great service when we bought all the way to the delivery. The delivery team was fast and informative. Went over the whole process with us and made sure to tell us if we needed anything at all, to not hesitate to contact the store anytime. A+ service.
