Eng Flanders Group has been an exceptional find for our company! Our real estate office involves sales and property management. Our property management division uses AppFolio software. Eng is very knowledgeable of AppFolio. From the beginning I felt I was in good hands. My first conversation with Dona I explained my concerns and she showed me through screen share what items she noticed right away that needed attention. Dona then introduced me to her teammate, Dave Forrest and he has been the answer to my prayers. Dave has provided reliable and consistent results. Dave is efficient, quick, analytical, organized and always very pleasant to work with. Dave and I work closely (remotely) to be sure all of our bookkeeping is in compliance, balanced and completely accurate. He provides clear reports of every action that needs to be taken care of and then clears up the issue after approval from me. Every step with Dave has been smooth and efficient!
