I brought my bike in for a repair estimate after i laid it down. The estimate was inaccurate. There were items listed that didn't need to be replaced and functioned normally while there were other items that were completely missed altogether and not included in the original estimate. Simple things like replacing the existing signal lights system with a new kit when all that was needed was bulb replacement. The failure to properly identify all repairs really shook my confidence and I opted to do the repairs myself.

I was able to do it all for a third of the cost than what they quoted in their estimate.
