My experience with Enix Properties and with Dylan and his team was 5/5. I would absolutely recommend this company to whoever is looking to sell their property and do not want to have to deal with people or companies wasting their time. This company is the real deal! Their process was simple to follow and they addressed all of my questions. They made their offer and yes, there was a little back and forth before we ultimately agreed on price and terms. The refreshing thing about this company was not once did I feel like I was being pressured. Dylan was upfront but polite, which made our interaction enjoyable. I sold them a property that I owned in Beloit, Wisconsin. I did not have any more financial use for it and because they had some leeway with their offer I was able to sell it for a solid amount to them.
