One of the WORST experiences I’ve had with a hospital/urgent care. I would’ve rather driven to Granite Bay and gone to an urgent care there. (It would take the same amount of time too no kidding) the only good thing about this clinic was the supervisor I think, she was nice and helpful. The doctor was snotty, rude, and not at all empathetic that I had to wait 3 hours, and once I was in the room she said it was “nice and easy”… yeah for her maybe? Pretty sure she mis diagnosed me cuz I'm getting worse. I was told I was next in line for an hour and half… I get things happen and some injuries are worse but don’t lie to me and keep me in the loop at least. Will not be back if I can help it. If I get another injury I’ll take my chances. AVOID!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had, going to a walk-in clinic here. Everything felt streamlined, with 2 kiosks to self-check in and insert your personal info and symptoms. The front desk was so warm and welcoming, you could just tell she genuinely liked her job. They did a great job of answering questions and giving you updates on when you’d be seen through the waiting process too. That same kind of warm energy goes for everyone else I encountered, from the nurse who took me to my room and took my blood pressure, to the doctor who saw me (I don’t remember his name!), to the other nurse who saw to my treatment once the doctor diagnosed what to do. Everyone seemed to just enjoy working together and it translated into what usually feels like a sterile and somewhat uncomfortable experience, into one that I walked away feeling uplifted and with a smile on my face, on top of getting my medical needs addressed. Thank you so much Enloe Prompt Care! What you do and the way you do it, matters more than you may realize!

Be prepared for a long, long wait if you come at 11. I had to wait about 1 and a half hours. Care was great though. Actually gave me treatment, very kind and educated staff.

I came here to get my second-degree hand burn treated. Dr. Craig was both humorous and personable, making the experience more enjoyable. However, the downside was the long wait time. I spent a total of two hours in the clinic, and only 15 minutes of that were actually spent communicating and being treated by the doctor. The bill came out to be around $350.

What a waste of time! I went in because I have a severe cold and possible infection. I asked if I could be prescribed antibiotics as I have bright green phylum and was told to wait 10 days and come back, after already waiting almost 2 hours to just get a doctor's note for work. I asked if she could prescribe something for my cold and she told me I can get over the counter medicine. When I reminded her of how expensive it is, she just wanted to tell me how she knows, she just bought hers for the winter. Basically if you just need a note for work and not medicine to feel better than go here otherwise you will be wasting your time!

Broke out in hives all over my body from head to toe on Friday. Decided to wait to go in and get checked. After taking Benadryl for 3 days with no results, I decided to go in. Very unimpressed with the doctor-seemed like he already made his mind up about me before he walked in the door. Tried explaining to him I hadn’t been feeling well all week and think I may have had a reaction to dairy-something I don’t eat. Told me to just use moisturizer and wear cotton clothes. He Was in the room for less than 5 minutes. Can’t wait to see how expensive this bill will be for being told to “just use moisturizer. ” I’m itching and burning all over my feet and legs, red hives everywhere will still no answer as to why.

I must say they are always a great team and usually the wait is not too long. They are very helpful and friendly. If I have an issue that needs immediate attention they are the ones that I go see. Thanks Dr. Saxton and all the team that has worked with me keep up the great work that you do. Thank you very much

I went to Enloe Prompt Care yesterday, Sunday morning. The check in staff were professional and so were the nurses who did my covid test and x-rays.

When the nurse practioner came in however, it was a whole different story. She walks in, leans against the counter, crosses her left foot over her right foot, looks at me and says 'what are the symptoms'? There is no compassion in her voice. Infact, her message is very clear. She has better things to do and it is not this, here with me.
I tell her my symptoms and she immediately says it is your childhood asthma flaring up. A very quick assessment. I have so much phylum and a sore throat and sore ears and bruised ribs from all the coughing. She did not look at my throat, did not look in my ears. Then she went to leave. I stopped her with another question. Can I please have a cough expectorant for my sore throat and cough so I can sleep at night. I wanted to further explain that my cough is worse when i lie down. I was interrupted and told no I cannot, I can buy an over the counter throat spray. This was said with a sigh of obvious annoyance. Total time with this doctor person maybe 2 minutes at a stretch.

I sure hope this is a one-off bad day for her, otherwise yikes this person better find a profession where they do not have to have and human interaction as it clearly annoys the hell out of them to deal with people!
Can I tell you her name? No. She never did say hello or tell me her name.

The worst medical service in the United States, I went there with my 3 years old who was sick and we got there at 7 pm, then they let us wait in the car since he has cough and fever and 10 minutes later they checked us in over the phone and they told me that they will call me back when a room is available. It’s 8: 30 and no body called me back and they close at 8: 30, so I called them asking if we should wait or leave. They told me that they have room ready for us and asked us to get in. Then after 45 minutes waiting inside the room waiting for someone to talk to us, no body did and my son fall asleep and then I left the clinic and no body in the clinic care about us at all.
The worst medical service ever.

They told me I had fractured ribs, the next day I went to my chiropractor and he pulled up the X-rays I got done here and it clearly states I have no fractures.

Went in there after a cycling injury. Staff were extremely kind and pleasant and took care of everything.

This visit was at least several months ago, I came across some paperwork in my files today that reminded me of the visit, so I decided to write a positive review.

Nancy was the one that saw me when I came in for pneumonia. My other clinic awfully diagnosed my early infection as allergies which resulted in it developing into pneumonia. I came in with pretty obvious symptoms and demanded for proper antibiotic treatment, and Nancy was willing listen and further discuss and eventually the antibiotic shot and pills quickly took effect in the next few days and I had a quick recovery. I sent Nancy and the fun nurses (I wish I had their names remembered.) some chocolate afterwards and Nancy called me back too. Overall experience is good, recommended.
