I reached out to the owner and she was very helpful in assisting with the onboarding process. Danielle who took over was very sweet and kind and professional. She is at the front desk always ready to help. As a mom of a child with special needs, I couldn’t be happier with the ABA services provided by this company.
The therapists are always prompt, professional, and compassionate, and they are great at communicating progress and feedback. They work with my son on a variety of skills, from socialization to communication to self-help, and I can see the improvement week by week. I also appreciate that they involve me in the therapy sessions, so we can learn and use the same techniques at home.
