Enrique's Mexican Restaurant reviews
18I ️ this place. Back home for a quick 3 day visit and ate 3 meals there. Staff and owners are AMAZING like the food. The milanesa, botany mixta, and
This was delicious. Small little place with delicious food! Chips and salsa also very good. Wonderfully surprised.
This is a cute little restaurant with some great Mexican comfort food. The portion sizes are quite large and we ended up only eating half of our plates (that’s okay because we had the other half for dinner). Everyone loved their food. The parking can get competitive but it is worth it.
Small little Mexican eatery in Long Beach. The food has flairs of Jalisco. The menu is broad and has many options. Atmosphere is homey.
I would not refer this restaurant to people.
When they prefer a certain race more.
And! Think! They are making more brownie points off them.
They should look very good in how they treat! Customers!
I am sorry they lost me as a customer because I was going to give them a good brownie point
If you now what I mean.
When it comes to the food, I can't say
If they continue to prefer a certain race! First. And putting other races on the back burner and yes
Waiting for there food.
It's very sad.
Fantastic Albondigas Soup and a more than ample portion. Worth the trip there just for that. Varied menu with some traditional and signature dishes. Service was fine. I gave the food four stars only because on my last visit the taco trio was a bit overcooked - but that's not the norm and they probably would have taken it back if I had asked. I recommend paying a visit and exploring their menu.
One of my favorite/best Mexican restaurants in town. I recommend to everyone who's in the mood for Mexican food.
One of the best burritos i ever had in my life! People who work here are very nice and kind.
Will be back for sure
Found this place after the Bellflower location shut down. We had the jicama salad and the grilled salmon over sautéed spinach. Absolutely delicious. Staff is prompt and friendly. We Loved it and will visit again.
Great dining experience. The food is delicious and Jose our server was outstanding. I will highly recommend this place.
The best part was the rice, otherwise the food was okay. Not worth the price, which I'm guessing is so much because of the location? I would not go back or recommend.
Salsa is really good, food is good. Wanted margaritas, but they don't have a hard liquor license so they only had nasty blended premade wine Margs.
Food is great, salsa are super tasty and they have a SPICY salsa you can ask if you need the heat cranked up, service is great if you need some good food this is the spot
To be honest probably the best Chile Colorado burrito I've ever had. I'm not from around here, but this place sure didn't feel your run of the mill strip mall cantina.
We've been going to Enrique's for 16 years now. I'm Gluten Intolerant and call ahead and Enrique or his crew put a fresh pan of oil on and make me fresh chips that are still warm when I get there. Then they reserve the pan and oil for frying any food I order. I've NEVER gotten tainted! We love Michelle and Enrique's commitment to keeping me safe! Oh and the FOOD: the refried beans are the best I've ever had, the salsa is fresh and a bit spicy, the white corn tortillas are obviously fresh and handmade by their vendor. I could go on and on. And don't forget dessert! The creme broule is not on the menu but is always available and is "to die for"!
I dont know what happened but the food is usually great. I returned the cesar salad - soggy and "fishy" and my albondigas soup was not good. Maybe they were having a bad night but i hope the kitchen recovers
Mexican like Abuela used to make. Great gormet Mex. What makes it "gormet" you might ask. Like most fine dining, it's the sauce! We had Mexican Oso Bucco.pork shank in tomatillo sauce. Absolutely fabulous. I put them in the same category as Lola's and almost as good. Enrique's has more variety, but before I can say Lola's remains my top fav, I'll have to visit here again, and soon. The other red dish is salsa to cry about. Not because it's too hot but because it's so damned good. Probably 20 plus ingredients. Go there hungry as portions are huge!
