9 Another off shore company that doesn’t stand behind their products. For years they provided substandard equipment, and bailed when it comes time for RMAs, tech support, etc. Chris Ha, a low level sales associate Here is not only disrespectful, but dishonest and incompetent. His supervisor is often “unavailable” when asked for. Over all there are plenty of better alternatives to ENS, Eastern CCTV, and Savvy Tech. Which is what this mess is comprised of now.
To sum it up, the business culture here is poor in nature, they may be able to conduct business like this overseas, but it should never be accepted here.
Love ENS security. They have a solutions for every type of install for my customers. I highly recommend them. Jason Jeong has been great to me.
I'm trying to upgrade my VCR. I called them over 5 times and waiting, no one answers the phone not even a recording machine. We might just switch to CCTV.

Great selection of NVR's, IP Cameras, and analog recorders. I have never experienced such great customer service and technical support from any company till now. The prices are very very reasonable and low, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the coffee is free and hot, what more can I ask for. I recommend this place to anyone looking to install a security system wether it's for a business, commercial, or residential application, you can bet Eastern (Now ENS) has you covered.
