Great all around experience no pressure laid back experience Todd Cornell and all the staff we dealt with were great. Prices are fair you will be hard pressed to find better anywhere. Will buy there again and would recommend without any hesitation. Start to finish including test drive we were done and on our way inside of an hour.

No haggle pricing, and bought my car for less than blue book. Friendly helpful staff, almost too good to be true. If they have the car you're looking for, you will save thousands compared to the dealership; and without having to deal with the predatory car sales tactics. Definitely recommend!

After a stressful week of my car breaking down and being turned away by other dealers, the team at the Roseville Enterprise Car Sales store literally saved my life. From the moment I called them I got fast call backs and amazingly attentive service. They understood the time sensitive nature and worked with my dismal down payment and terrible credit score and found me a car that I am really happy with.

Straight up car buying. If anything, they try to get you the best of the deal. Nice cars, gently used.

Quick and easy. Used several times, no hassel. If you have a Costco membership, you can reserve through Costco Travel and get a free upgrade, just remind them when you check in.

Not very impressive. The rental car had seen better days (full of scrapes and scratches) and a bad ride. The check-in experience was time consuming, and the staff needs to learn a lot more about earning the customer's business and valuing their time. The tired excuse that "there are many people, " means nothing in this competitive world. Step up your game or lose customers. It's that simple.

Enterprise's team made it easy and fun to buy a vehicle. Todd took the time to show us multiple vehicles until we chose the one that best fit our family and my budget. I will definitely come here for my next vehicle!

The customer service was outstanding. I drive many mikes and the car was perfect. The only fault was that it cost me more to drop the car off in a different location than it did to rent the car. The drop was over 600 dollars. That is really wrong. I get a drop fee but that is crazy.

They were all very nice & helpful from requesting a rental to returning it. They even gave me a discount, I had credits built up I didn't even know I had. Thank you so much for your Great service Enterprise!

Made reservation online-very convenient. All the paperwork is done electronically on a notepad-much better! And killing less trees! Rented standard-sized car for the day. Got a Fiat 500S.cute, sporty! Excellent and professional service provided. Don't forget they have shuttle service and can take you to and from! Bob, the driver, is the greatest! Have used Enterprise for decades! Their people and new facility are nice.

My vehicle was available and ready when, I arrives. The staff was friendly and even with the long line, I wasn't there waiting for very long.

I am reducing my star count from 5 to 3. I purchased my car had great experience, but have found two minor problem and still waiting for someone to respond with a resolution. Once resolution is corrected I will repost the outcome.

The best Staff and Prices Around.

Enterprise seems to always give an upgrade on the car rental if they are short on cars. Always ask how the car was when you return it. Customer good.

My overall experience with Enterprise was pretty good. The only draw back was that others and myself had all reserved our cars online prior to going to their location, only to learn that they didn't have any of our cars at that location. We all had to wait for, or up to 2 hours before they had them ready for us. Otherwise all was great!

Great vehicle and customer service. I just wish the prices were lower that is why I gave it four stars instead of five.
