Horrible experience. They don’t even clean there cars before letting customers take it. During tbis covid 19. Pandemic. I found used tissue and empty Gatorade bottle in my rental. The lady Sandra was very rude and unaccommodating. I had to call their branch regional manager. I advise go to other enterprises in the area. This is not the one

The most horrible customer service you can ever seen. Seriously no word. I haven't even agreement with them. Every one I speak too they said I am the manager. Seriously not recommending at all. Not helpful. I am very sorry to wrote this bad reviews but real management need to knows that's and fix it.

I'm currently on minute 18 waiting on hold for this location. They typically do not answer or will even answer and hang up on your call during the last hour of business when they don't want to deal with last minute requests. Not a reliable or professional location.

Always a wonderful experience renting a car from this location, especially. The staff is always courteous, quick, and efficient.

I went to this location trying to get a last minute rental for a 4th of July trip with my family. I arrived close to closing but they were still willing to accept me which was awesome.
The part that made the whole experience terrible was when I informed them I wouldn't have the whole balance on my card. So I would have to go and deposit some money on it. They refused my request and wasn't willing to work with me and miss on a potential sale. Yes, granted I could've been more prepared but my holiday plans are no longer because they weren't willing to help or work out some kind of plan for me. I've gone to other enterprises late but way better experiences considering the circumstances. I've been using this company for some time now but that has potentially caused them to lose a valued customer. Thank you.

Very disappointed I was told that $ 100 was going to be taken from my bank account and today I found out it was $ 500 without my consent

I want to compliment the staffs in this location. Daniel the manager and the new lady that help me pick out my rental. It was an awesome experience. It was easy and fast. Few days later I received a text from Marion and asking me if everything is doing well. This is an unbelievable customer service that needs to be shared. I give them all 5 start for an excellent overall customer service and satisfactory. Surely, we will always be renting in this location.

Great service and really nice people. I love this store. The people who work here are pretty dope people. Super nice and helpful. I'd just hang out with the people in real life outside of buying stuff from them.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The car performed well and met my needs. Having said that, the car was filthy when I picked it up, reeked of cigarette smoke, and I had to stop on the way home to clean the windows so I could see.

Have rented cars multiple times in Van Nuys but this is my first at the Sepulveda office. It is the best. I highly recommend.

Always top of the line service at Enterprise. I've been renting cars from them for many, many years. They are the best in the business.

BEWARE. We originally returned our car to this location insread of the Panorama City. They we very friendly and asked us for our customer satisfaction right away after inspecting the car and declaring everything was ok. As we were leaving, with no paperwork or receipt, a guy comes up and knocks on the window to say he found something and wanted to show us. He said there was a small dent on the bottom of the car that no one could see. He said they could file a claim for it, but we declined and said we would take it to the original location that rented it to us. At the other location, they found NOTHING wrong at all and gave us a receipt. This confirmed our suspicious feeling that the other location on Roscoe and Sepulveda was trying to fabricate a claim and could've kicked the car after we left, because they left the transaction open and made up some miniscule damage as we were backing out. I recommend taking a short video clip of any car you rent from this place before you drive it off the lot. A nearby mechanic said they had at least 3 recent complaints that this location was scamming people.

Pick in and drop services are available. Very polite. Flexible with prices. Ovarall I had a very great service. The employee even dropped me after hours at the auto shop I had my car at.

The first time i used Enterprise was at this location, i been here a couple times, everytime i been here they are always busy, but they always keep the good costumer service on point even i know its really frustrating to deal with alot of people in a manner of time.
They will take care of you really fast, since my first visit here they been always treating me really nice answering all my question and taking care of me!

I have been to a few enterprise locations and this by far is the worst one. Not helpful, understaffed and very rude!

I've had dealings in the past with enterprise rent a car, and they've all been positive. Staff was always great and helpful, at any of their locations.
