Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was so impress with how they welcomed me when I first walked up to the door. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle that I needed, but they immediately called around and was able to find one for me. Dorion, was the associated that took great care of me, he had such a calming spirit. Thanks to the great team at Enterprise on La Brea.

I rented a care and was not offered the upgrade that enterprise was advertising. I called in to request it but they gave me an excuse why I could not have it. I thought is was shameful to treat a enterprise member like that. Net time I will look at other rental car companies to do business with since they don’t give their membership customers the discounts they advertise are available.

I have been renting from enterprise for 20 years or more for any car rental service I need and they have never disappointed me. They are very good with the clients and as a customer they always give me amazing service. I recommend them all the time. It fast and easy to rent from Enterprise.

Great staff! They didn't overdue it on trying to upsell me on non-essentials. It's a very convenient location for me, so I'll be back.

Friendly staff/bad communication
I rented an SUV and it ended up being a longer term rental as my car broke down. I needed to go into the office to “resign a new contract”. Fine. Inconvenient but I did keep the car a lot longer than I anticipated. Once I had
re-signed and asked why my rate was quite a bit more per day, the employee informed me that I should have turned the car in and started a new contract because THEN I would have gotten a better rate! “Yeah, you should have been told that”. Excuse me? Already tired after work, spending longer than I wanted at Enterprise, I left.
Won’t rent from them again.

When asked what kind of car I would like, I answered: "One that doesn't smell. " It smelled. I also asked if it was santized and was told that it was. When I wiped down the steering wheel and gear shift, it was clear it hadn't been wiped because it was filthy.

I honestly completely felt in love with a worker names Zaira omg so smart so beautiful so intelligent I was so amazed with her customer service brown skin but still so desirable and honestly she did have a really huge butt with all the respect over all wonderful experience definitely coming back hopefully she still single ️️️️

I believe there should of been a discount on healthcare workers such as myself. The car was used for work. It was a little expensive for one week of usage

I've bought new Toyota vehicles throughout the years. My first was a 4Runner in the year 2000 at Putnam. Then a Prius back in 2012 at Melody. And yesterday, I purchased a 2020 RAV4 at City Toyota.

Under Covid-19 constraints but overall service was of it's same standards and quality. Received a vehicle in a timely matter under 30 minutes.

All it takes is a 30 second phone call to Enterprise Rent-A-Car a few days before I need a car and so far, they've always had the same midsize car I always get, at a rate lower than everyone else. They tend to be flexible about adding on days too. The staff are attentive, fast and hardworking.

My insurance set up this reservation for me. From start to finish everyone was professional and friendly. My rental was thoroughly Covid cleaned and Felix made sure I was checked in and out as quickly as possible. He even drove me across the street to pick up my own car when it was ready! Many thanks to all invovlved. I will use you again if need arises.

Great staff, fair price. They helped us out last minute when the other car rental company left us hanging.

The manager was the best I have ever met. They are so kind and friendly. I was in trouble cuz i didn’t bring my credit card, but she helped me get a rental. Also, they upgraded the car. If you are looking for a rental in LA, it is the right place. They are reliable. I’m 100% satisfied with their car and service.

Sandy was amazing. She helped me out when I picked up my rental and when I dropped it off. The process was quick, she was very friendly throughout My visit. I would definitely come back to this location
