The enterprise team at Ontario Airport is always up to the task of helping out its customers. In our case, the team went above and beyond and helped us in getting the right car right during closing hours. A great sense of customer service indeed!

Absolutely the best enterprise location we’ve ever been to! My wife and I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was when we pick the car up and when we dropped it off. I hope to deal with this location again in the future.

I always have the great customer service from the staff at this location. The car choices are great, the price is excellent and the service is alway high.

Made an online reservation, took a $50 Uber ride to the Enterprise office where desk lady asked for a 3rd form of identification. Gave her my valid passport but she said I needed to show a recent utility bill or bank statement or something similar. She said an online statement was fine and so while trying to get that, desk lady suddenly said that since my reservation was made that very day, they would not honor my confirmed reservation because they needed to keep some cars in case people flying in needed a car (I was at the Ontario Airport car rental center but had not flown in.this rental center was the only one open on sunday). Was a bit annoyed but stepped over to the Avis counter, where they accepted a valid passport, a drivers license, and a credit card as adequate ID and provided me a vehicle. Enterprise gets an F. Avis gets an A+.

Decent service but only one agent at the service desk. Should have an option to bypass like Budget or National for frequent users.

This is a really good location. Came here on 12/26/2021 around 10am and 7p to exchange our rental to no luck both times but the employees here were really helpful and I could tell they tried their best to make sure we got into the correct vehicle. They deserve a good raise for how they treat their customers

Horrible service, & I have rented for years from Enterprise,
They need to find other options on ways to return a vehicle when your are sick& not route calls to out of the country, To people that give you false information.
Because they cant speak english & have no idea whats going on.

I always have a great experience with Enterprise and usually do whatever I can to only go through them. However I had a recent experience I want to warn others about. The representative showed me the car I was renting and did a check of the body with me as we walked around the car. I noticed the bumper was misaligned on the front of the car and the corner was sticking out away from the car. I mentioned it to the rep and he said it was, ‘just a misalignment, not something included as the body of the car. ’ He didn’t record it on his sheet. That’s a direct quote, no exaggeration. I took his card so I knew exactly who to refer to upon return. Of course when I returned the car, I was questioned about the bumper and explained what happened. Fortunately, I was able to talk through it with the next representative, but this could have really put me in a bind!

I went by today and exchanged a car as I had HORRIBLE experience at a different enterprise place. Amanda was VERY HELPFUL and patient with me as I picked out a different car and provided amazing 5 star customer service. I will definitely come back to this location.

The vehicle I rented smelt like smoke. The amount of point we earn per rental is ridiculous. Customer Service is awesome. That''s the main reason I rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

I typed in the car I wanted online and got an even cooler car than I was expecting (like they secretly knew what I like), I think for cheaper too! I think they couldn't find my reservation or didn't have the car or something, so they got me better! It was years ago, but it's right next to the Ontario airport, so I don't have to park my car overnight and pay that in parking anyway, when I could just drive myself to LAX easily!

It was such a quiet, clean, white, fuel-efficient car with a place for my mp3 player and a USB charger for my phone - wholy moly! I think (guessing) it was a kia optima LX 2015. I loved it so much, that if I had a car, it would be that! I keep recommending the car I rode in to everyone, as that's the coolest car I ever drove in - I can't believe I actually drove it!

They were so nice when I was all panicky too - like super nice - maybe they're used to people being like that, but they're pros. I always use Enterprise whenever I do any driving. I get to drive one-way only too. I love it!

We picked up at Ontario Airport in California. Girl at counter was on her cell phone as we walked up. And then came across as if we disturbed her texting. She was very rude.

Then we went to pick up car from back. We met Flo who helped us. Flo was very helpful and made sure all our questions were answered.

I believe his name was Jorge that helped us get the car. He was super happy and helpful. Perfect way to start our vacation. I will definately be using their services again when we go visit our family in the summer. Thank you Enterprise!

I attempted to call Enterprise for a rental car for my business trip on December 15th, 2021. I was transferred over to the call center located in St Louis Missouri. While speaking to an agent I got hung up on three times while trying to book a reservation. This was very unprofessional and frustrated me immensely.

The workers were very nice and cooperative. However, I suspect the company is engaged in a widespread misrepresentation in a manner that they cannot be legally convicted. We were trying to rent a Luxury Elite SUV, which according to company website and their reservation email is a "Mercedes Benz GLE, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90 or similar. " The key word giving them legal protection is "similar. " We reserved a 10 days ahead to hoping we get a Mercedes Benz GLE. But we could not get a commitment about that specific make, just that it'll be one in that "class. " So we called only hours before the pick up time, spent over 2 hours calling multiple branches, even various airport ones that presumably have much larger inventories, but none seemed to have the MBZ and we ended up getting a Navigator. We finally concluded that the real luxury models: the MBZ, Audi Q7, and Volvo XC90 only existed in name since none of the branches we called (that probably covered many hundreds of cars) could offer any of them. We think that's exactly the reason why they don't commit to a particular make. They don't exist. While their website falsely creates the expectation that they do.

I just rented a vehicle from there and they tried to over charge me for the 2 days I had the car. I called and spoke to Mercedes once I realized the invoice was incorrect. She was very unprofessional and said it was my fault and that I signed acknowledging all the fees. My reservation was total was $133 and they billed me $260. Several calls later and still nothing but you signed for it. Asked for Corp # and in 30 seconds with that Rep she was refunding the difference and correcting my invoice due to what my rental reservation quoted. I would never recommend working with the Station ever and I rent from Enterprise about every 3 months.

Now we are just awaiting the updated invoice to confirm their Corp Office is much better to deal with than the site location itself.

The entire Enterprise staff was great. Because of traffic issues I had to return my vehicle to LAX and the staff at LAX was AWESOME! Thank you so much for being so wonderful.
