13Rented a car here for 2 weeks through my insurance while my car was in the shop being fixed. They picked me up from the auto shop, brought me to enterprise, then let me pick out my car. They were super nice and even upgraded me. When I returned the car they dropped me back off at the auto body shop so I could pick up my car. Great experience. All the employees were happy and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Good place to find reality escaping substances, Anything you choose to procure they have, with relatively decent prices, having a party? Hosting some people you recently met? Good place to find PnP, And Low Down, can't complain.
Called and spoke to someone and was told they had multiple options available. Called back 5 minutes later and was told they didn't have anything available for over a week. Not helpful at all!
Graciela helped me out at this location, she was amazing did everything in order and sent us on our way after check in. Drop off was smooth too as I returned the car in perfect condition. If I ever needed a rental definitely will come back for Graciela!
On 4/21/2021 at 4: 40pm, we went here because our rented car window got broken and the employee gave no guidance or sympathy. Just said “go to the airport location” and went away. We asked for tape to tape the window and he said no. Poorest service for such a large company.
Process was great and easy, Staff was friendly. Car was clean and all good.
However, when the staff pulled of the agreement for me to sign and it was 20% more expensive than what I reserved a while ago. If I didn't pay attention to it, which it's kinda hard to remember the details after a while, I would have been charged much more.
Staff did modify to be the price of what I reserved. But it's not a great experience that feels like I can't trust them. If I don't pay attention, I'll get charged more.
I'll go with the one on the mission street instead.
We got robbed and they did not care at all. They told us on the phone that we could switch cars but when we arrived they told us that they didn’t have any car available.
Omg. They were so helpful and fit me in literally before closing. Everytime the auto body shop would extend the repair time, They would extend rental and make the process so easy. Everything was smooth. They were the only saving grace in my auto repair experience. The staff here are so nice! And the car was so clean. I couldn't make their hours to drop off rental so they directed me to a shop that was open later. Just so nice! I dropped off at mission location and they were also so nice. Even busy they take the time to speak to you and make things easy.
I just want to say, that my rental at enterprise was the greatest rental experience I’ve ever had in my life. This was all thanks to Marie. She was so solid when it came to customer experience, had all the details I needed to know, from choosing an upgrade, to finding the car that suited me best. She had all the answers! I can’t believe I’m actually writing a review like this for enterprise, what a great experience!
So I've been a premium member for two years with enterprise. I use them local and nationwide when available. I booked my reservation yesterday. My DL Expired in August but I've renewed online and have printout with me. It's the receipt with no picture. But I have UCSF work badge hanging from my neck and extensive rental history on their computer. They've turned me away in the middle of the tenderloin on foot. I'm very loyal customer I just would like some special treatment by staff with good judgment using common sense. Hertz says they'll take what I have so thankfully they've saved my trip!
Great service provided by professional and friendly people. Would definitely consider renting a car from here again.
This place had three people working and no other customers. I asked for a couple quotes and car availability and was told to book on line. When the manager came out, he half heartedly gave us a quick quote for an economy car (which we weren’t even interested in) which ended up being $300 more than the online quote and walked back into his office. In contrast the Herz salesman, 2 blocks away spent 5 - 10 minutes sharing with us our options.
Quick and convenient service! I had a reservation open under an insurance claim before of an accident (USAA set it up for me). All I had to do was drop my car off at the body shop, have the shop call Enterprise, they picked me up and brought me back to the office. They showed me my car, we did a pre-rental inspection, signed some papers, they took my credit card for a deposit, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
